House was very clean and spacious. Being able to walk straight out to the beach and vehicle was so convenient! It is right beside schooners but you can’t hear any outside noise. David was very friendly and helpful

Everything about this property was perfect!! Property was clean, beds were comfortable, location is great. This property will be my #1 choice when visiting Panama City Beach.

The townhouse was incredibly comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were incredible, the kitchen was stacked, tons of towels, and lots of extras that made it just so easy. Will definitely consider booking this same exact spot next time.

Family vacation with husband and 2 grown daughters. Town house just as described and lots of extras too. Loved the location and loved being able to walk off of deck onto the beach. We went the week of July 9 and the beaches weren’t too crowded. Took our shih tzu and she loved being able to sit on the deck and check things out!

Just steps to toes in the sand from the patio! Schooner’s is right next door. Jet skis and umbrellas are on the beach ready to enjoy! Unit was clean and plenty of space for our family.

We enjoyed our stay and the newly updated features inside the vrbo that online images do not yet show as of March 2022. Located right on the beach as shown. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

One of the best vacations so far! It was like paradise with the views from the deck & balcony! Waking up from the master bedroom we got a view of the ocean. Our small dog even enjoyed the stay! The rental had everything you could need and we can’t wait for our next trip.

We loved our stay, location was great (right on the beach and next to Schooners). The unit was clean and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Unit also had quality beach chairs which was a plus since we had planned on purchasing while we were in PCB. I could go on and on about how much we loved the place. THUMBS UP AND FIVE STARS!!!! This was our 2nd stay at one of David's properties and definitely will not be our last. Thanks!!!!

This property was nicer than I thought it would be. Beautiful view, easy access...Very well stocked. I have rented a lot pf places, but none have ever been as stocked with everything you need. A plus was all the beach stuff there for use..I will be booking this property again for next year..

Great location. Beds were so comfortable. Unit was very clean but in need of updating. The path to the beach was very overgrown with weeds and hard to walk thru. Furniture smelled bad and was very uncomfortable. Carpet needs to be taken out. Unit was pet friendly but there is no grass near the unit. Had to walk a block to find any. However we would stay here again because of the location. Maybe just a different unit as we were told some of the other ones were already updated. Manager was great and responded immediately.

We splurged this year to have a more private stay to avoid Covid. This condo was perfect for our family of 5.
Walking straight out to the beach was the best. No elevators, no crowd, just us. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the water and the sunsets
I hope this will be available for us next year.

We’ve been staying in a condo up the beach from here the last few years. A friend of mine told me of this place and we could not be happier with our choice to book it! All the reviews were right about how stocked the house is! Sound machines for our kids. Plenty of beach items. Tons of towels. All the kitchen supplies you would need to cook anything inside or on the grill.
We will be returning next year!

Very nice clean and comfy. Love this home. It was right on the beach and had everything you needed even beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys ( we brought ours we didn’t know but next time we won’t pack so much) will keep this number to rent again next time! Would definitely recommend this place!🥰❤️

It was clean and the beds were super comfy!
We enjoyed the convenience of being right next to Schooners for lunch/dinner/drinks.

I can’t say enough about our stay in your townhome. Especially during these times nothing compares to walking off your deck onto one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. The townhome was extremely clean and had most anything you would need from kitchen supplies to games and books to enjoy. I wish we had known about the deck box full of beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, we wouldn’t have brought our own. Even our dog was in heaven, although the beach does not allow pets. There is a nice strip of beach to walk dogs behind the unit. I would not hesistate to book this property again if I’m so lucky!

Walks on beach, dolphin watching even saw a sting ray great location on the beach. The house was as described, clean with all the things you needed. The restaurant is a few steps away with good food drinks and sunset canon.

We loved this place! Had no complaints at all and I thought the books, board games, and noise machines in the bedrooms was just small nice touches. Extremely clean, kitchen had everything we needed. We forgot our beach chairs so the ones supplied was a wonderful bonus! Will definitely save this place for future trips!

Very convenient location for those who want to
be right at the beach, but it is not as pleasant indoors when the weather is bad. The house itself is old and ran down, but it is good enough for 4 people. Other than me finding cockroach in the bathroom upstairs at 4 am., the house was clean.

You cannot beat this location! In the time of Covid, this townhouse was a dream. We were steps away from the beach, did not have to use any elevators or joint spaces and we were able to walk and get our dinner every night. Many people at Schooners were not wearing masks, so make sure to bring yours! The house had everything we needed. The egg crate in the guest room needs to be changed, but everything else was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!!

What a great location! Not only is the townhouse cute, clean and comfortable, the beach area is gorgeous! AND you walk out your door, directly on the beach! There's a large condominium to the left, but they have chairs/umbrellas for their guests so the people pretty much stay in that area. To the right are homes/duplexes, so the crowds aren't too bad. Being next to the restaurant, Schooners, turned out to be a real plus! We only cooked breakfast and ate many of our meals next door as you can wear your swimsuit and/or coverup. They also have good music at night which you can enjoy from your patio. Would definitely recommend this townhouse for a couple, a family or 2 couples. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

My family stayed here July 2011 and we had a wonderful time!! We loved being right next to schooners and being able to sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the beach while we relax. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We ultimately chose this townhouse for our first visit to Panama City Beach because it offered the beach and the Gulf of Mexico right out the door - literally - without the hassle of being in a condo waiting for elevators. The view and easy access to the beach was what we wanted and exactly what we got - it did not disappoint! The unit is located on the older, quieter end of PCB and is convenient to everything. We especially appreciated how clean it was, the reasonable rate and the off street parking right in front.

My husband and our 5 year son stayed here and it was absolutely wonderful. My husband stated that this was the most relaxed vacation that he has had in a very long time. I loved everything about. Very clean!!!! I just hate to post this cause then everyone out there will want to stay here!! Hush now.......
