We wanted a relaxing waterside stay with some friends, our baby, and our dog, not too far from home, and this place was that and more. The property is very secure, the check in process was extremely easy, everything was just as pictured, and the location was surprisingly better than thought. The beach access with all the necessary equipment and gorgeous pool was everything we could hope for. The penthouse and the views from its balcony was picturesque. I don't think I've ever grilled carne asada with a better view. Would return anytime.

This was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Mexico … So happy this place exist and I CANNOT WAIT to return. The hot tub was glorious and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The penthouse is beautifully appointed and roomy, with a romantic view of the sea and plenty of glass to enjoy it!
The hosts are available and so accommodating…this is a can’t miss spot for a couples getaway or romantic weekend!

Beautiful condo. Felt safe and secure with a security guard onsite. The view looking out to the ocean from the living room was amazing. The condo has a well-equipped and good size kitchen. Inside the condo was clean and well kept. Love the pool area and the jacuzzi. The highlight was going down to the beach via the private stairs and enjoying the Pacific Ocean. The beach is kind of semiprivate because of its location. We couldn't have picked a better spot. We would definitely go back!

I loved this home, it had a great view and so much room for me and my 5 friends. Definitely worth booking to celebrate a special occasion.

As advertised. Only met the owners briefly but they were very friendly and chill. The penthouse is huge with plenty of space for my wife and I along with our two adult kids. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and made great memories. The pool was pretty cold but we were out and about most days anyway. I’d gladly stay again.

This has to be one of the nicest places to stay in Rosarito. I've stayed in Rosarito many times but this place is by far the best. From the time we booked our trip to the time we left the condo everyone was so helpful and nice. We will definitely be back again.

The property was beautiful and the views were phenomonal. It was quite spacey and had more than enough one needs. The location was fantastic, private but with access to everything. There was plenty of restaurants around even walking distance. I definitely recommend this gem of a place.

Pictures and words do not do justice to this location. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Do not miss the sunset. Very spacious and modern mex decor. The hos5 David was also very helpful and imformative i am looking forward to staying here again, soon

This penthouse was absolutely perfect! The view when entering is breathtaking, be sure not to miss sunset. House is decorated beautifully and feels like home. Location cant be better with access directly to the beach. We will definitely be back again :)

The Penthouse was amazing, definitely as advertised. Very spacious and the decor was expertly furnished.
A real pleasure to live in for a while.
The owner David , is very approachable and can be relied upon for local knowledge and places to eat.
I would rate the accommodation as five star. In addition, the security for these premises are magnificent.

Baja Thanksgiving
Look no farther for a a beautiful property to stay at in Rosarito Beach! It is expansive, immaculate, the kitchen well appointed, very comfortable and the view is incredible. The Valentine's are wonderful hosts! There were two of us staying but we had guests for Thanksgiving dinner and the unit perfectly accommodated 6 for dinner.
We will definitely return in the future!

Great overall, troublesome if needing help
It’s a beautiful place that’s kept very clean. We needed assistance with wifi, losing hot water, and a few other issues. It took much longer than desired for these to be corrected. Overall a good experience unless you need help with something. We were also greatly disappointed to find out the jacuzzi costs $20/hr to use during the week.

The perfect stay
The penthouse was beautiful every detail of it gave it a beautiful traditional feel the details and accents were perfect, everything you need was in the kitchen plates cups silverware, there was plenty of towels blankets they even provided towels for the pool and jacuzzi. They made our group feel safe we didn't take our kids but I would feel comfortable bringing them next time gated and secured 24/7 the views here are amazing breath taking you can walk down the stairs to a very clean area of the beach! The owner was so helpful and nice loved communicating with them they made us feel so welcomed and to top it off the security will call you taxis that chauffeur you around everywhere they waited for us all day took us sight seeing everywhere we wanted to go they would point out the best places to eat and places that aren't as safe to go to ! 10/10 would recommend definitely will be booking here in the future !

This is my 4th stay and every time I come back, this is my #1 choice. The Valentine’s are always super attentive!! The place is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. I recommend to everyone. 10/10

Very poor communication skills on the security gate
The guards upfront were acting like up solute dushbags they had no room for our veichle in the property had to park out front the old man was just mad at everything ruined a part of our vacation we felt harrased every time we went outside smh

Amazing

3 days in the rain.
Property was beautiful, pool was cold, hot tub was warm. Had all the amenities we needed, but the hair drying kept blowing the fuses. Also we could have had some of the burnt out lightbulbs replaced. The gate keepers were a joy. We were really very comfortable! Forgot to check out, do we get our cleaning deposit back?

Very nice place!
This penthouse condo was beautiful! Better than the pictures show. We so enjoyed the wall to wall glass looking out onto the ocean and the deck. We had 8 people and 1 slept on the couch and 1 slept on a blow up bed. There was enough room to accommodate that. The place was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and the bathrooms with plenty of towels.
The pool was not heated (we knew it wouldn't be) so we didn't get in but it was really nice. We enjoyed the pool area and the hot tub. The beach as kind of dirty but we didn't go down there much except to let our dog run around. The security guard, Meemo (sp?) was awesome! He spoke great English and was very helpful He got us get taxi's when we needed them.
I would recommend this place and would book it again.

The place and the view are beautiful!
The penthouse was just lovely, perfect size, perfect view! Loved the high ceilings and view! We were able to see dolphins from our room in the morning.. Mr. Valentine was able to accommodate us, which we appreciated. The onsite staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only “complaint” if any would be regarding the flickering lights, but other than that we loved it, and hope to come back some day. Thank you for everything!

Lovely home and property
We had such a wonderful time here for a long weekend celebrating my birthday with family. It fit our family perfectly. We had five adults and three kids and we all felt like we had plenty of space. The pool/hot tub area was great, it was heated and clean. And the property has beach access to a part of the beach that is a little secluded from all the Rosarito craziness. We will definitely be staying here again!

Good location, great place, great views!
The property itself is magnificent! High ceilings, high end appliances, TV, etc. The view is amazing. The daytime guard at the front gate was really helpful (I tipped him $20 at end of trip). There are a few restaurants that you can walk up the street to for breakfast or afternoon taco's before going out. Uber worked pretty good for going out to downtown Rosarito - or you can walk 15-20 minutes to get there.
Pool and hot tub were great. Can walk down to beach if you'd like to. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
The ONLY negatives that I can think of is that there was a dog barking somewhere off property that was annoying at night and also we wish we had a cooler to take down to the pool. Overall A++ condo and owner. Hope to stay here again.

This is the 2nd stay for my family of 7 at this magnificent location, the view from the penthouse is stunning! Dave & Stacia were excellent hosts, providing simple instructions and a unit filled with every possible amenitie. We will definitely be coming back!

Incredible views, amazing property and perfect location
The penthouse was everything promised in the listing and more. The location is easy to find and right on the water. Infinity pool and jacuzzi right to a private beach was amazing. The penthouse interior was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for everyone in our group. Plenty of great taco shops and artisan shops within walking distance. The short taxi ride to Rosarito is easy and the security guards were happy to help with taxis. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Best Stay EVER!
There is nothing this place doesn't offer. Beach, pool, private, safe, clean...you name it, this place has it all! On top of that the owner is very accommodating and makes sure everything is ready upon arrival. We will be back for sure!
