Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!

This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe.

My family and I were here for the boat races. This was the perfect rental that slept 6 adults. Awesome location and views! We will be back.

I stayed here for a week with 5 adults, child, and infant. It’s appreciated that we things are provided (e.g., towels, beach equipment, dish soap). The top floor has its own thermostat and ac, which is nice. There’s a nice roof top that has a great view of the beach and bay. Owner was responsive to our needs and stayed in close contact. I would stay again.

Overall a great townhome. The elevator a godsend. Loved hanging on the rooftop. Sure, a few things that could use updates. Suggestion for easier settling in. A friend has a rental ‘notebook’ with anything one needs to know….ie thermostats, what is where, things in area, garbage p/u, etc. We found we kept running across ‘notes’ about all that all over the house. 😊 Thanks so much for being so responsive.

Had a good stay. Great location! Loved the rooftop and jacuzzi. Not complaining just pointing a couple things out. Darker curtains on east side bedrooms, more towels, facecloths, and trash cans full and stinky when we got there. Trash day is Thursday so I’m sure this is not easy to coordinate.
I would highly recommend to a group of 8-10

Just off Clearwater Beach, a very short walk. Multi-level unit, which, while unusual, worked very well for our family situation. (Not the place for you if you have anyone with mobility issues.) The deck on top floor was great. The pictures are accurate. Recommend the "Palm Pavilion Restaurant," two blocks away and on the beach. We enjoyed our week.

Kate’s place was perfect for our (two) family vacation. The location was very convenient for getting to the beach and was far enough north so that it wasn’t the most congested part of the beach. It was February break when we were there so it was quite busy in the area. The roof top area was a nice place to have dinners. We did have a small issue when we first checked in (house hadn’t been completely cleaned yet) but Kate responded quickly in a professional manner and it did not have a negative impact on our experience. We’d definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks, John

We loved the property, it is located within walking distance to pretty much everything in Clearwater Beach, and only a block over from the beach. It is well equipped with beach items as well as kitchen and living items. There is ample room for people to spread out for privacy when wanted or to come together in common areas. We all loved the rooftop deck. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this property. The rooftop views are incredible and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a park for the kids just across the street. You can see the beach access from the rooftop, it’s just a block away! Will definitely return.

It was our first trip to Clearwater Beach, and we enjoyed the area so much. Friendly people and great food with a clean, white beach. So nice!
The recent reviews of the property on VRBO are accurate. When we had an issue and contacted the owner, she responded promptly and send someone over to address the issues even though we share led that none of the issues were deal-breakers for us.

We had a great time. Very close to the beach. We had to wait a little bit to get in because the group before us trashed the place so the poor cleaning person was still there when we checked in but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great place to stay

It was a perfect house for multi-family vacation. Both families were able to share yet have privacy. Neighborhood was nice. Only warning is that there is a karaoke bar across the street that opened late and you the music echoed.

Enjoyed being able to walk to beach and restaurants. Listing is a bit deceiving…unable to host more family as planned due to limited seating above the six staying in unit. No closets in bedrooms, very little room to unpack. Fun artwork but furniture and furnishings are dated/worn.

We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily. You can watch the sunrise or sunset from the roof. Nine of us were comfortable at the property. Plenty to see and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property owner responded quickly to any of our questions.

Loved how close this property was to everything - beach, community pool, dining, ice cream shops, etc within walking distance. Lots of excursions close by as well: We went paddleboarding on the intercoastal with dolphins, deep sea fishing, and rented jet skis.
Kate reached out immediately on first day of arrival to see how we we doing. She was super communicative as a new appliance was needing attention, and she was on top of it.
Plenty of room for an adult couple, grandparents, and four teens to spread out. The only downside was lack of bedroom closets and a pantry.
Overall, loved the place and we created a lot of memories here!

Overall good place
There are a lot of stairs, elevator is slow so quicker to take the stairs. The pictures of the pool are a little deceiving. It says community pool as if it’s the condo’s private pool but there is no pool. It’s the city’s pool. I wish I’d known this beforehand. The owner was great to communicate with. TVs were not working and she immediately had the routers restarted and then they were fine. Small living area for 10 people, and kitchen seating. Beach chairs and beach cart were nice and a short walk to the beach and other shops and restaurants.

Relax at the beach week
Absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. Host was very responsive to any questions. We had 5 of our college student ages with us and they had blast at beach and just walking to everything at night. Great location. We had a great family vacation and condo is as described. Plenty of room and balconies to separate too if you want to read etc. Thank you very much Kate we had an amazing time. Best, AM

Spacious place with great rooftop view!
Very cool 4 story rental! Be ready for a lot walking up and down stairs but really fun place to stay. There is an elevator for taking up your luggage. And the rooftop level with a hot tub was terrific! The owner was very responsive too. Definitely would stay here again!

pleasant experience for everyone
While the pictures of this property are different from the actual furnishings and decor that were there the overall description was accurate. My family of eight had a great time and especially enjoyed how close we were to everything, the beach, restaurants, shops and bars were amazing . My only suggestions to the owner would be to please replace the griddle pan in the kitchen and maybe some of the furnishings on the roof top deck, however the hot tub was amazing , thank you for allowing us to use it. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property , there is something here for everyone young and old.

Great location
Great location, close walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants/bars/shopping. House was very clean when we arrived and easy to get ahold of the owner. We couldn’t get a couple of the TVs to connect to cable, but wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, an awesome stay in Clearwater!

Bliss by the beach
Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were so close to the beach and there were a lot of beach toys and gear for us to use which was super helpful when traveling from out of state. The washer was out of order on the main floor, but another washer in the basement was available to use. Communication with the owner was very fast and she worked very quickly to address any concerns/ issues we brought up. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean and comfortable beach home
Very clean and comfortable home. Large enough to accommodate everyone, happy we chose it. Excellent communication with host. Very convenient to the beach, literally 2 blocks away. A short walk to restaurants and shops. Very safe area, ample parking between the garage and driveway. All items you would need for the beach available for you in the garage and two bikes to take a ride around the neighborhood if you want to. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

Clean Property - needs some fixing
The property was very clean, however there were several problems with the property. The washing machine didn't work and was full of water. We had to empty it by hand because it started to smell like a sewer. The master bathroom door did not lock, and there were several pieces of outdoor furniture that were broken. We had to purchase fry pans to use, the ones there were just not usable, the faucet to the kitchen sick started to leak and we had to shut the water off, the gas grill was not working properly, there was no a/c in the kitchen and living room area, the french doors to the master suit didn't work, there were no blow dryers that were promised, there wasn't anything to vacuum or sweep the floors with and we found it difficult to not have any condiments in the house. I would suggest the owner be her own guest so that she could see the issues. I also notified her of some of the issues, but she did not have anyone come by to fix them.

Great home
This house is large and well equipped. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Close enough to the beach to go back anf forth if needed and the beach wagon/cooler/chairs made the stay easy. The rental rate is good for the size of the place except for all of the added fees including VRBOs. Only issue was the hot tube fee being a bit much considering it was full of sand when we arrived and didn't get as hot as we would have liked. We found a wet/dry vac to clean it ourselves. All in all I would recommend.

Great property with excellent access to the beach
Our family of 8 stayed at this property for a week and were very satisfied with everything. We could be at the beach within 5 minutes of walking. Plenty of places to order food for takeout. Kitchen was stocked very well. Nice safe neighborhood to walk around at if you wanted too. You could park in the garage if you wanted or outside on the driveway. Really no complaints at all and we would stay here again.

The location of the property was close to everything including the beach! It was so convenient to pop over to the beach with our toddlers, grab lunch then back to the condo for naps!

Great beach getaway
The townhouse was beautiful and spacious. The furnishings, beds and linens were some of the nicest I’ve found in a vacation rental. Because of the pandemic we spent more time at the townhouse than we normally would but we never felt cramped or crowded. We had 7 teens and adults in our group but could easily have accommodated 3 more. We enjoyed the beach which was 2 short blocks away but would love to return and explore more of Clearwater next time. There were parks, pool, restaurants and shops all very close by. My favorite part of the townhouse was the rooftop. It had great views and was the perfect spot for watching the sunrise and sunset.

Clearwater vacation home
We had a lovely stay at this clean, spacious and perfectly-located Clearwater Beach condo. We could walk a couple blocks and be on the clean sugary beach sand. The park and playground across the street were great too. There were beach chairs, beach carts and children's toys available. The layout was great for two families, with nooks for privacy. The view from the roof was wonderful. We made good use of the full kitchen as well as the grill. We didn't need to reach the owner or assistant but the check-in and check-out was simple. (Please note: the hot-tub was not available and the community pool opens in March. This did not detract from our stay.) We would happily return!

Great location!
This was a great place to stay and it fit our family comfortably. Super close to the beach and the local pool. Let them know at the pool where you are staying then you get half price. Loved the elevator since there are 5 floors. Convenient with luggage and groceries. Upgrades definitely need to be made on beach chairs and umbrellas. The carts to take to the beach also need to be replaced. WiFi is super slow, had trouble watching Netflix. Box needs to be moved closer to the TV on main floor. Chairs in dining room need to be thoroughly cleaned. But overall a good time, sad hot tub was not working, they should remove it if not going to fix.
