Gorgeous Grand Ave Home-Beautiful Deck Views of Mtns. & Lake!! Walk to downtown!
Wir sind eine Meile vom Eingang zum Rocky Mountain National Park entfernt! Unser Haus befindet sich in der Grand Ave., direkt im Herzen des Grand Lake. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt von Grand Lake entfernt. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf den See und die Berge, die direkt gegenüber von unserem Deck sitzen. Es ist so schön, dass Sie das Haus vielleicht nicht verlassen möchten! Fünf private Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Kinder lieben es, auf dem Dachboden zu schlafen! Wir hatten zwei Familientreffen mit 15 Personen und hatten viel Platz. Das Deck ist unser Lieblingsplatz zum Grillen und Genießen der Aussicht! Es ist eine atemberaubende Fahrt von Denver nach Grand Lake. Das Grand Lake Nordic Center bietet Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern und Schläuche zu äußerst günstigen Preisen. Es gibt einige großartige Restaurants in der Innenstadt von Grand Lake. Viele malerische Souvenirläden und Kunsthandwerksläden, Museen und viel Kultur. Wandern ist am besten am Grand Lake. Sie können viele Trail Heads wandern und die Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce bietet kostenlose Karten der Trails in der Umgebung. Adams Falls ist eine kurze Wanderung von der Innenstadt entfernt, führt aber zu einem wunderschönen Wasserfall. Wir sind nur 45 Meilen von Estes Park entfernt und es ist eine erstaunliche, atemberaubende Fahrt. Estes Park ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit unzähligen Geschenkartikeln und einer großartigen Innenstadt zum Einkaufen. Wir genießen es, Estes zu besuchen, kehren aber auf die ruhigere Seite des Grand Lake zurück. The Rocky Mountain Rep. Das Theater ist weltbekannt für sein Talent. Im Jahr 2011 zogen sie in ihre neue 10-Millionen-Dollar-Einrichtung. Es ist atemberaubend und die Akustik ist unglaublich. Unsere ganze Familie besuchte eine Aufführung und hatte eine großartige Zeit. Egal, ob Sie sich entspannen und ausruhen, wandern und wild lebende Tiere beobachten, einkaufen und essen, angeln oder jagen, Ski fahren oder Golf spielen möchten, der Grand Lake ist wirklich ein fantastischer Ort und irgendwo werden Sie immer und immer wieder zurückkommen wollen. We stayed here for a family reunion and had an amazing time. The home was clean and well stocked! So much that we really overpacked with being 9 hours away. The house has so many unlisted amenities. We didn't know about bed options when booking. The loft has 2 queen beds, the main level has a king bed with private bathroom and 2nd room with a queen next to the halfway bathroom. The basement has a queen in one room and an additional bedroom with a queen bed and full over full bunks! This gave us so much more room to spread out. There was also an additional twin mattress in the basement bedroom closet We packed a folding table and chairs for more seating, but found a set in the main level bedroom closet. Mine took up a lot of space in my car so that info would be helpful for anyone planning to come.
There is a market right down the hill, and there is a path to walk down. The neighbor was extremely kind and helpful and told us all the good fishing spots. The kitchen also has a crockpot for anyone not wanting to haul one along. Bring ice, or plan on grabbing some daily as the fridge can't keep up, reasonably so with so many people using it. The town is beautiful and there is so much to do! We highly recommend this property and can't wait to book again next year.

This house provided our group of 12, a mix of friends and family, the perfect location and space to enjoy the 4th of July in Grand Lake. The bedrooms were on 3 levels which allowed us to divide up groups. The large deck offered a great place to come together for drinks and dinner. It also has a great view of the fireworks. communication with owner was fast and accomodating.

Close to downtown and easy access. Lots of stairs which was difficult for our 86 year old mother but she managed well.

The view from the deck was spectacular. The open kitchen/dining room/living room allowed us all to be together when we prepared and ate our meals. We inadvertently turned off our wifi, and the host was quick and gracious in helping us restart it. We had ample space to park 4-5 vehicles.
The listing included a picture of a fire pit, but the fire pit must have been removed. This did not detract from our stay at all.
We appreciated the reasonable cleanup expectations at departure. We were told to enjoy our stay, and we did! We would stay there again if we return to Grand Lake.

What a wonderful place for a family vacation. 12 family members ranging in age from 6 to 75 had a very enjoyable time in Grand Lake. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great view, walking distance to town, nice amenities, we couldn't have asked for anything more!

This home is perfectly situated close to many activities! It has a beautiful Mountain View but still easily accessible. It’s close to a market with most everything you need, a cute shopping area, lakes, skiing… we even stopped at a local hot spring for a day! Highly recommend this house!

Stayed here over Christmas with a big group. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved that they had two pack and play’s available and that there was a Christmas tree up. It was a beautiful spot. The only problem we had was the heat. Some spots in the house were really, really cold ( loft and basement) and some were uncomfortably hot. ( master and living room.) Was a great stay!

Had a great Thanksgiving stay - House was as advertised, easy walk to town, although a bit too far for our 80+yo family member. But an easy drive back and forth as well. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, and Janet was very helpful with the one minor issue we had. Would stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations in so many ways! We had 15 people (10 adults and 5 children) in our group and had plenty of space and areas for privacy for those that had to get work done or children that had to nap. The view and location are amazing!
We spent a 3 day weekend playing games, boating, walking to town and hiking, and just hanging out together. This was a perfect space. There are folding chairs that can be moved to the big table and seating outside as well as at an island so we could all be somewhat together that way while eating.
The kitchen is pretty well stocked although since we ate most meals there and were a huge group, we could have used larger pans and cookie sheets and things like whisk, more wine glasses, etc, but for the most part it was great! There were spices, coffee filters, and even Keurig cups available!
All beds were super comfortable and even upstairs loft room was very quiet with people downstairs. There was an extra mattress available for the room with bunks that I don’t think was listed. It fit on the floor and was perfect for the teenage brother to sleep on and not with a sibling- ha! There are sample shampoos and body washes enough for everyone and plenty of towels.
The host was incredibly easy to get in touch with and the check in was totally smooth.
We loved our stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Well laid out home with plenty of space! Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The home had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The large deck was super inviting for outdoor eating and hanging out - very nice views of Grand Lake! Oh - and the PAC Man game was an unexpected bonus for the kids. Very fun. We had a wonderful stay and our host was very accommodating to a couple special requests. She was very nice and was prompt with replying to any questions we had.
The only thing I would say is that, although one can walk downtown from this location, it’s not a short walk…. But it’s a quick drive! I’d stay here again if visiting Grand Lake or Rocky Mountain National Park!

Perfect location to visit Grand Lake. Close enough to walk to shops & dining. Markets are right there for last minute needs. Just up the hill above the main street to see the lake and mountains. Host was super quick to reply to questions and concerns. Would love to stay agian! Thank you :)

Perfect for our large group!
This place is wonderful. We had 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 2 - 11). This place fit us all COMFORTABLY. The deck is spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake, the adults ate meals out there while the kids ate inside. The house was equipped with everything we needed - playpen, highchair, baby gate, washing/drying machines, coffee makers, cooking utensils, basic spices, dishes and towels enough for our clan, and much more. Janet was extremely responsive to all of our questions and helped QUICKLY when we had discovered we had forgotten something. I really can't say enough great things about this home and its owner, five stars doesn't even begin to describe it! We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was in the perfect location with the best view. We had a large group and there was a lot of room to spread out. The host was very responsive to several questions we had- and she was very helpful! Our only complaint is that the bed frame in the loft was bent so the mattress dipped in the middle- we had to move it to the floor for someone to be able to sleep on it. But we made do. Overall, it was a great time!

My family, parents, siblings, nieces and nephews all stayed at this house as a Christmas get away! The house is in a great location to town! The house has plenty of bedrooms and beds to accommodate large groups. But beware of the big bill when you are getting to the cabin as it is very steep and if you don’t have good tires you won’t get up! But the mountain market will let you park there if needed!

Even in 14degree weather we geared up and took walks into town.
There is an awesome hill that we sled down everyday that runs right beside the cabin. So fun! The house is well furnished and we absolutely made the best memories and plan on coming back next year.! Oh! We also have the best neighbors during our stay. Thank you so much

This cabin was just as it is described but better ! We had a wonderful time being our first time in Colorado. The home was big enough for everyone and kids had a great time playing hide and seek and sleeping in different rooms ! Hopefully we will be back next year !

Great for a Family vacation
Good place to stay with a large group. There is a loft room with several beds (no bathroom). The main floor has two bedrooms each with one bed and two bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom). Lastly the basement has a bathroom and two rooms that have several beds. The three different levels meant everyone felt like they had plenty of space. There is more patio furniture than the picture shows which was really appreciated. Only negative feedback is the towels for the bathroom are small and the cleanliness of the cabin was good but not great.
But overall great place! We would love to stay again.
