We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is just like the picture. Lovely views from the big sunny patio. A well equipped kitchen, just bring condiments if you like to do a little cooking. Very good restaurants just a short walk away, Baci (great pizza), Sharkbite (almond encrusted grouper) Mango Reef. A short walk to a beautiful turquoise ocean, great for snorkeling. A very clean, well maintained property.

This listing at LVA was excellent. It is an individually owned room in the resort and it is a great value. It is spacious, has a large balcony and amenities like a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The property owner is extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. He gave recommendations as far as things to do, places to eat and even helped with a rental car on multiple islands.
The resort overall isn’t my favorite that I’ve stayed at as it is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it’s beautiful once you get there. As for other rooms at the resort listed directly through the hotel, they are smaller and do not have all the amenities, so I would ensure verifying the type of room you are getting. This listing is definitely the one to pick!! Overall, LVA is extremely clean, quiet, and fairly central to everything, though I would definitely recommend a rental car for your stay if you’d like to see other parts of the island and different beaches.
Small con, there were some beach chairs and umberellas in the room but the quality was not there. Hopefully they will upgrade those in the near future.
Overall, definitely recommend THIS ROOM at LVA.

The description in the offer is deceiving because some things were outdated. Check in instructions are not described and there was no updating on the day of arrival. We were lucky to catch someone in one of the offices who loan us a local phone so we could call the host and he did come to help us get in. The description advertises a 35 minute massage for a 6 day stay but that was is longer done. Beach chairs were rusting and one broke the minute I sat on it. I reported it but it was never replaced during our stay which meant it wasn't pleasant to go the beach without a beach chair. Location was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. There are several restaurants within walking distance, the beach is about a 5 minute walk and the condo was very clean and well equipped. Check in/out was very easy and communication was excellent. Would certainly stay here again.

From beginning to the end of our trip. We stayed may 29-June 5 . The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you would need . 2 pools were pretty empty we had them to ourselves. Definitely need a car and you’re within a short distance to local beaches we checked out the whole island. No issues at all with the condo just a safe relaxing time especially on the balcony where I spent most late evenings. Thank you again we will hopefully return sometime soon.

And finally there are several devices in the unit that emit blue lights ( Microwave, modem, stove, etc.)--bring a sleep mask if sensitive to light.
Overall, a great stay. Please don't hesitate to book. A great value for your money.

It was about 20 minutes to either end of the island. Having the items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler) was great and allowed us to visit many beaches on the island without having to worry about renting them. The closest beach, which was clean, quiet, and safe, is in walking distance. We chose to drive to avoid having to carry everything. The grocery store was also close by which was very convenient. We definitely recommend renting a car. The only con I can think of is there were a few nights that some guests were noticeably loud, but you can find that anywhere when people are enjoying their vacation. We enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to return again in the future!

This place was great, very well located and affordable. Deveraux was super friendly, as others mentioned. Responded quickly and gave us tons of tips (e.g. beaches to visit with our toddler, places to eat). He even had some sandcastle toys kids can play with - our toddler loved them! The condo is very comfortable and is set up nicely if you want to stay in and cook.

Lots of food, local artisans, entertainment and my kids favorite, pineapple & coconut drinks made with the actual shell of the fruit. The condo was clean and lots of amenities on site, 2 pools, hot tub, gym, restaurant, main office if you need assistance & my kids loved the ice cream shop on the premises with their homemade Gelato; delicious. Would I come back here; absolutely!

Exactly as advertised
Deveraux was a very attentive owner. He met us at rental car and took us to condo and explained everything to us. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very quiet.
The beach nearby was very nice with good snorkeling. You can walk from condo or drive to a spot near the end of the nice beach houses and there is access about 50 yards. There is only parking spots for about 8 cars so get there early. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Mangos was our favorite. Magnolia also good. Although condo was not right on beach it provided a very good value for Turks And Caicos. We had a car and wanted to explore the island anyway. Deveraux also provided us with complimentary massages. Two ladies came to the condo at time of our choosing. Recommeded.

The perfect experience!!
Our stay over Christmas at La Vista Azul was the perfect experience. The condon is perfectly located close to the beach and great restaurants.
We loved eating at Magnolias and Mango Reef. Deveraux was a great host and the massages were a great add on.
Already thinking to make it a new Christmas tradition!

Fantastic value!
Deveraux Is an awesome host. He communicated early and often. His welcome email gives you everything you need prior to the trip. He offered to pick us up from the airport, gave us a tour of the area, and if we had to call him while we were there, he was always available.
The condo was exactly as advertised. The view of the ocean was perfect. We rented a car from Scooter Bobs. I highly recommend a car if you want to wander. Mangoes and Sharkbites are great restaurants within walking distance. Flamingos (in Grace Bay) is a fun bar on the beach. Snorkeling in Smith’s Reef is awesome. Right off the beach in from of the condo.
The location was perfect. We had so much fun and Deveraux made it happen for us. Everyone is so nice! We can’t wait to get back!

fantastic condo with all the feel of home
This studio is perfect for a great week on Turks! Close to the beach, two heated pools and a hot tub! Restaurants are within walking distance and our favorites were Simone's (great burgers) and Mango Reef! After Scuba Diving with Dive Provo every day, we found ourselves back at Mango reef or Shark Bite Bar for dinner and a cocktail. Its our 3rd trip to Turks and this was definitely the best and the condo and host, Deveraux, took care of us well. We even received complementary massages for both of us by experienced masseuses in our room! With a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room this studio has it all! We will certainly be back.

Great Vacation and Wonderful Condo!
The unit is fantastic, clean and just as described - and the enclosed patio is better than the pictures since it is fully enclosed and private with waist-high walls between the units next door - the light all day was also fantastic and the view cannot be beat! And the pools (TWO!) are just up one flight of stairs. Deveraux is most attentive, very respectful and was available if we needed anything (he even came to the rental car center so we could follow him to the unit the first day!). He also responded within an hour of every question or comment before and during our stay. The resort was wonderfully quiet (we hears that October is a "quiet" month in TCI) and close enough to anything we wanted to do (we did have a car). One last thing, in addition to a Hair/Nail Salon, there is a "Bar and Grill" on the property called "Simone's" which was great with super drinks and good food and friendly servers (and, of course, the marvelous Simone, the Owner)! Thanks Deveraux for the wonderful vacation and I highly recommend and will definitely book again! - J

Nice property, good location
La Vista Azul is close to Turtle Cove Marina where there are several convenient restaurants. There's also a close beach area within walking distance that is much more private than the main Grace Bay area. Really enjoyed our trip and Devereaux was an excellent host.

Excellent condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at Deveraux’s condo. It was in a perfect location, short walk to the beach and close to a few great restaurants. The unit was clean and well equipped. We recommend the fish fry on Thursday night at the nearby park. Deveraux picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which was great. We rented a car for two days and there is plenty of parking at the condo. We really hope to come back to Turks and will definitely rent Deveraux’s condo again.

Perfect experience!
So many wonderful things to say about the property, the house and the host Deveraux!!! Even though we rented a car Deveraux still came to meet us at the car rental and took us to his beautiful condo. He helped us get set up and he was always a simple phone call away. The resort is centrally located. Just a short 5 minute walk to the most quiet and secluded beach and just a 2 minute drive away from the beautiful Bight park. The swimming pools and Jacuzzi were just the perfect thing and the view is simply magnificent.
I immensely enjoyed my stay at the La Vista Azul resort and highly recommend it to anyone that wants a perfect trip to Turks and Caicos!

Wonderful!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time! Deveraux was a terrific host. He even picked us up from the ferry terminal and took us to the grocery store! The unit was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a quiet getaway close to the beach!

I highly recommend this Resort!
The room is spacious and set up much nicer than that of any hotel. Definitely more of a condo style: large kitchen, full size refrigerator/ washer/dryer/ small living space/ beautiful balcony and the ocean front views were amazing!!
• They have an absolutely beautiful building here! 2 rooftop pools, a romantic cabana hot tub, and views of the stunning turquoise ocean from your bed!
•Very Quiet place and it over populated as you could imagine some resorts being, I felt like we were the only two on the island here.
• The restaurant on property is great! We had dinner here and really enjoyed it! If you have a heart for animals, order some extra food, they had some stray cats which they don't feel but didn't care if we did. The 2 cats that were there were scared & hid but would come up to you if you left food on the floor!
• There were a few othe restauraunts walking distance. I highly recommend the small hold in the wall "Hangout" Cafe, it was right off the Resort road near the marina in an abandoned motel, the lady was so friendly and the food and coffee was amazing!!!
•The beach access is a "short walk" But it was long however we enjoyed it and Tuttle Cove was beautiful to walk by lol it would of been nice to have a bike or scooter.
• The only negative (if you could even say it's a negative because you save so much by saying here vs another crowed resort) is that the taxis were a little expensive ($20/$30) per ride and every day we took a taxi to explore. So that was $100 (each way plus a tip because we are nice people) each day in taxis which still saved a lot of money in the long run by not staying at a beach front Resort.
PS: Highly Recommend: The Island Vibes tour for snorkeling and exploring! As well as The TCIFLYBOARD: We booked a flyboard sesion and an hour jet ski tour with them, they gave us a jet ski to follow the guide and took us out to see the shipwreck and other stops, very cool people and beautiful water to jetski on!

What an Amazing Trip!
From the minute Deveraux picked us up at the airport, we felt confident that we picked the right place to stay in Providenciales! This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and we were a little uncertain where to stay. We knew that we wanted to be close to Smith Reef for snorkeling and also avoid the crowds of the hotel district, yet be close to restaurants and amenities.
Deveraux pointed out key spots to visit during our stay and his place was really fantastic. It was conveniently located, safe, clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. It only took seven minutes to walk to the beach. We rented a car for a week and easily traveled around the island. The hardest decision to make each day was which beach to go to. They all are unique and should be visited. Also, each day we snorkeling at Smith Reef and it felt like we were swimming in an aquarium. The island is beautiful and we fell in love with it.
Our favorite places to visit included the Conch Shack and the Thursday night fish fry.
Deveraux was thoughtful (leaving us a cell phone), very responsive, and he truly thinks of everything to provide a welcoming environment for guests. The massages were exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful trip!
We are already thinking of a trip for next year.

The resort is beautiful, safe, clean and modern. It was very easy to get to from the airport. We rented a car but walking was still an option to reach restaurants such as Mango Reef, Tiki Hut and Green Bean. The beach access was very close, again walking distance about five minutes. We thought the beach at this area was the best because the surf was calm and not crowded at all. To the west of Turtle Cove the beach is rocky and to the East are the Beaches resorts which are carnival-like and crowded. Deveraux greeted us at the airport. He is amazing...very helpful and only a phone call away. Would definitely stay here again.
