I am not sure the last time it was checked but when we got there there was a huge puddle in the garage in the bottom bathroom toilet was leaking from underneath and the shower wouldn’t drain, the upstairs bathroom chain was broke so we had to stick her hand back there to pull the chain and flush. The backyard grass was not cut. Other than that the house was nice. The street is very crowded with a lot of cars everywhere. I wish the word duplex was in the title. The landlord was nice but I could not get him to answer me of when the last time the property was checked. I feel all of that should have been taken care of before our arrival it did cause us issues specially with the neighbor hooked to the unit. And if you’re a person of color I wouldn’t stay in that neighborhood they were scared of us.

Good place to spend some says doing business in the city.

The property had nice cosmetic updates on the inside, however there were a few overall concerns and the exterior made the property feel unkept.

Great location. Ready to get anywhere in Kansas City. There is a small park within easy walking distance of the house. Plenty of room for adults, teens, and children.

We rented this property for a small family get together. The price compared to most other places in the Kansas City area was cheaper, but seemed suitable for our needs. The two large living areas upstairs and down worked well for us to gather. The bedrooms were big and accommodating. A couple downfalls, the yard looked like it had not been mowed in a month so we were not able to spend any time outside. The neighborhood has a fair amount of rundown houses. The house could use a little updating, but it appeared a few things had been done more recently. Overall our stay was nice.

The house was a great place for our family. Plenty of room for all 9 of us as well as enough room for privacy.

My family drove from MN to KC to see a Twins game and also enjoy the local BBQ scene. We rented Boris' place in Overland Park, which was an easy 15-20 min drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. While the curb appeal of the house could be improved, once we stepped inside we were very impressed. Very clean, lots of updates including new appliances, AC was keeping the house cool. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and sheets. Boris was excellent at communication, and we would definitely recommend this place to other families!

Great experience at Boris's place. The location was great for the KC amenities and the park near the property was great. The yard was a little overgrown which was a little bit of a downside as it has a lot of potential for a hangout spot.

We only stayed here one night on our way home so it was fine for that. The neighborhood was ok and the duplex was nicely decorated. All appliances seemed newer as did the TVs. The game table downstairs was missing some components for each of its games so we couldn’t use that at all. The beds were all comfortable and bedrooms were spacious and nice.

Overall a wonderful experience. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Lots and lots of street parking, with many empty driveways. It was a little strange.. house was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

Good place for family coming to explore KC.

It was a clean and decent place for our quick family reunion trip. The basic necessities were there and Boris was very helpful and accommodating with everything. We got what we paid for, but overall it worked for us.

The property has been updated indoors so it is more aesthetically pleasing than the pictures online. However, the backyard was very over grown and not well kept at all. Also, there were a couple of things in the kitchen that were not very clean and old, opened food was left on top of the refrigerator.

We had a great experience staying at the house , it was easy to get in and we felt at home.

Everything was as pictured. Plenty of space and supplies. Towels were nice and fluffy. Beds were comfy! Kitchen stocked. Plenty of space and the game table downstairs was great for the kids. The neighborhood is ok but the parking is tough. You have 2 spots in the drive, but there are so many cars on the street, it is tight!! Overall, we would stay in this house again!

This space fit our needs for a perfect weekend. The beds were comfortable and there was a place for everyone to sleep. It was also close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We recommend visiting. Boris was very accommodating.

This was a clean, accurately listed, property. Easy to get to and centrally located to the places we need to go.

We stayed in this duplex property and it was clean with plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, internet and netflix were available. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks.

Home was very nice and perfect for the 5 of us. We were about 15 min from downtown. Check in was easy as well as checking out. We will definitely be back.

It was exactly as advertised, Clean had all the necessities. Easy Check in And easy check out. Could use a little bit of curb appeal on the outside. And the area was a little congested but other than that it was a great place to stay. Close to everything, shopping, hospitals, and restaurants.

Communication was good. House was clean. Arrived late after game and left first thing in morning. But would use again.

Boris, the owner has been extremely accommodating prior to and during our stay. The house was a duplex but very clean and conveniently located. I would certainly select one of the properties Boris owns if we have another opportunity to come to KC.

As advertised, convenient, quiet

My family came into town for the Chiefs and Bengals football game. The bi-level home was clean, roomy and with a full bath on both levels. Kitchen appliances were nice and clean. House was located around the corner from a Walmart and grocery store. Also 15-20 minutes from downtown Kansas City and the mall. Our stay was good. I would recommend this home.

Thank you Boris for allowing us to stay in your place. it was great to stay there over Thanksgiving. Everything was clean and in order. It was easy to get in and out and to park on the driveway. We appreciated the extra room and being able to give our kids their own room. A few suggestions. The bedroom upstairs (non-master) has a bit of an animal smell and could use some cleaning. It would help to put some hooks in the bathroom downstairs. Other than that, thank you again for accommodating us.

Everyone of our guests had a bed or sleeper to use. It was nice not to have to pack linens, towels, plates, glasses, and silverware. The dishwasher helped us to keep the items cleaned up. The washer and dryer was very nice to have as we had been to the water park earlier. The kitchen and the bathrooms were more than sufficient. We also enjoyed the gas grill on the patio. The places we visited were accessible from this location. If I had a complaint, it was the back yard needed mowed and sometimes it was tough finding a place to park, especially since we had 4 vehicles. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

The residence is nice. The size of the rooms are/is to die for! No "true" master suite, but we put our boys in the downstairs bunkbeds, so we didn't have to share our bathroom anyways. The parking situation with neighbors couldve been a little better. But, no noise from anyone in the neighborhood. Saw a total of 4 loose & unteathered dogs, (in the coldesac) in our 48 hour stay. No aggressive dogs, but to someone with a fear of dogs- it may be startling. I got out of my car one morning, and a HUGE Bermese Mountain dog ended up walking me to the door. The downstairs TV didn't work and none of the bedrooms have Tv's. However, there is one in the living room. No Netflix connected, no dish, but had some channels on regular TV. The a.c. rocks!! Can you say "holy closet space"?! Tons of storage. We were denied a tardy checkout... With checkout already being earlier than custom... It kinda cramped our style. But overall the establishment was spotless, felt cozy, quiet, and served us well. Love how close it is to the interstate system.
