The food items were very nice and considerate. I enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the water and marina. Very peaceful evenings.

Matilde was amazing! The home was well stocked, and she even provided breakfast for us. The yacht club and pool are really nice, and the grill there has great food for super cheap. The bed is comfortable. The area is peaceful and nice. You should stay here!

The unit as far as a place to stay on the lake was great. The unit one bedroom is small but fits the cause for two to 3. Only complaint is the Thermostat is lock on control adjustment like every 6 hours you would have to get up to set it lower. Summer in Texas heat up at night to. We done some fishing of the dock and caught some nice size perch and few catfish. Made some new friends with the locals at the pool grilling. All and all was a great and fun stay. Few bar and grill right down the road was a plus for entertaining and dining. Plus the Walden gulf club cafe has great food.

We had a wonderful time. We really appreciated the breakfast food in the frig . The bed was very comfortable. Matilde responded very quickly with the few questions we had for her. Would love to come back again next if she'll have us!!! Thank you again.

As noted, someone needs to look at the hot water system in the shower. Also, we would have liked a washer and dryer and a TV in the bedroom(our preference). Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and may stay again if we go back to Tx.

This is the third year I have stayed in the apartment. It is clean, quiet and suits my needs when I visit family. I can go out for a walk every day in Walden and the position on the lake has a great outlook. It has one bedroom and a well stocked kitchen.

This waterfront condo was lovely with all necessities provided. My husband enjoyed fishing right in front of the condo, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio for cocktails in the evening. We stayed for about 6 weeks after we sold our home in same neighborhood. It would be especially nice when the weather warms up!

The Condo was Very Clean and Cozy. Would definitely recommend this as a Getaway Place for relaxing and enjoying yourself during any Vacation.

We never received directions from VRBO or the owner, our GPS took us through gated communities so we had to call owner several times to get directions but she wasn't knowledgeable of the area. All this was at 10:00 p.m. and finding the place to leave the boat at would have never found if not for help from a resident. The condo was clean and they left eggs and pancake mixes for us to use. The code for the pool was wrong it didn't work. The AC didn't work very well and we had to go buy a fan. The place needs ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. The toilet kept running and had to shake the handle all the time. Also need assigned parking spaces for each condo because parking was very bad. But the lake is beautiful. VRBO dropped the ball needed to have sent us directions to the place and phone numbers to contact other than owner if needed.

Very awesome place kids absolutely loved it Owner leaves lil gift baskets of chips and cereal the kids thought that was neat as can be And they caught enough fish right outside the door for 3-4 fish frys Catfish and crappie

My wife and I and our dog stayed for a long weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We brought our ski boat and my bass boat. The boat dock is right outside the back door of the condo. Place was very clean, and everything worked. Great relaxing weekend on the water for us. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Stayed 10 nights in this condo while we transitioned with a move to the area. The extra touches were wonderful. Breakfast foods as well as snacks and even some other things in the kitchen. Extra towels and bedding. Was great to be able to cook and to enjoy the lake views as well. Our dog was even welcomed with a tennis ball! :) My only negatives were that the toilet would run a lot and the toilet seat was flat (padded seat) and needed replacing. These were minor. I hope to be able to stay here again when we want to enjoy the lake.

We brought 2 of our grandkids and this unit was perfect for us. The pool was Very close and the kids really enjoyed themselves. We launched our boat at a marina and my husband met me at the Condo, the Boat dock was just steps away which made it very convenient, everyone at the complex was friendly. It was just so relaxing and peaceful, I will definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean with one double bedroom and worked perfectly for me during my visit. It was on the water's edge with a view over the marina but it was a short walk to the Yacht Club where you got a great view of the lake. I like to walk and the area was interesting to walk around although the walking tended to be on the roads. The kitchen was great and had everything I needed even when I entertained my son and his family. The shower was a little temperamental which is why I didn't give it a 5 rating. It tended to be either very hot or cold and finding the right temperature took some time. It also took a long time for the hot water to come through. Other than that, everything else was great.

I'm a PA student and stayed here for a month for a clinical rotation in Conroe. I was able to bring my dog with me which is a big plus! The condo is right on the lake and you are able dock your boat right outside. It's close to the yacht club which has great food! The place was very clean and Matilde provided different types of breakfast foods including eggs, milk, orange juice, and a variety of breakfast cereals. My overall experience was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again!
