This is a beautiful home in a nice, quiet area. It had lots of room for all of us and the kitchen was huge and well-appointed. We made lots of meals there and ate outside on the shaded porch next to the pool. The home is close to beaches and stores. We had a wonderful time and would come again :)

Very spacious 5-bedroom, multi-bath property with pool on canal. Main TV remote had gone missing, but owner promptly rectified the situation.

It started off with the code to get in the house not working and went on from there.
We stayed for over a week and had a service guy there almost every day.It was mostly pool heat issues but also had no air conditioning for a day. the house had NO WIFI in the upstairs bedrooms.

House was in an excellent location was not cleaned did sheets and cleaned kitchen refrigerator and oven, could not use pool for 3 days because the water was green called owner and he had the pool guy come to clear it up but should have been done before our arrival

Family Outing
Property met our expectations. Pool was actually larger than it looked and outdoor covered porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors all day. Plenty of space in the house too. I would book again.....

This house had a corner of the kitchen set up like a small business center in a hotel. What a great feature! If I had any drawbacks, it would be the wifi. Wifi is always hit or miss when traveling. Given the size of this house, it's easy to understand why wifi wasn't great all over. Understandable as it is, it is still frustrating when you can't get a connection. Aside from that, I don't think there were any other drawbacks. But everything else more than made up for spotty wifi. I would recommend this property to any large groups. I'm sure you will love it as much as we did.

Great Stay
We had to come to Florida with my rather large family to plan and attend the funeral for my wife of over 40 years. The house provided a clean and safe environment to do so. The owner was more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to those looking for a great place to stay with their family.

Beautiful Vacation Home
We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. We had plenty of room in this spacious home. It was a short drive to beach and restaurants and shopping (if no traffic). Rick was responsive to our needs and our vacation was perfect with all the comforts of home! I highly recommend this for a relaxing retreat.

A lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood with every amenity to make your trip enjoyable. Close to groceries and shopping. Was perfect for our group of six adults as it offered lots of privacy. Would also be great for families with children. We enjoyed the backyard portico and pool most every day as well as the view of boats passing close by on the waterway. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. This

Very spacious and central location.
We stayed for a wedding outside of Fort Lauderdale. The five bedrooms were more than enough space for our family from around the country. The pool was great and the location was picturesque. The kitchen is large and the sitting room was very comfortable. Everything worked well. They even had towels outside to use in the pool. The bathRooms are a little dated but plenty of room. Definitely recommend! Owner Rick, very responsive.

Family vacation from Texas
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It’s a perfect home for a large family. Our kids loved the pool and us parents loved the patio. The view of the sunset was beautiful too. Not treated right!
We were promissed the house at 4pm, but the owner had forgotten to clean the house, therefore we had to wait out until 10 pm that first afternoon, untill we could move inn. Here after the house looked fine, like the pictures. The impression I get! No reduction, no dinner offer out on his account or just something! Just not right! Come on, thats not the way to please customers. Well the house sure is a perfect place in the sun! Greetings Per.

LOVED OUR STAY IN DEERFIELD BEACH!!
We absolutely loved our stay in this house and seriously didn't want to leave! There was plenty of room for 9 of us with the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is laid out quite nicely with 2 BRs on one side of the house and then 3 on the opposite side with 2 of those 3 BRs being on the 2nd floor. The pool area is amazing with lots of room to spread out! There are 2 separate sitting areas so again, plenty of room for all of us to join in conversations or engage in quiet reading time. There was a huge stack of pool towels so we had plenty to go around plus a newer washer and dryer to use when we needed replenishing. The kitchen was large and accommodating as well with a HUGE refrigerator - no lack of space ANYWHERE in this house!! Deerfield Beach is a great little community and not quite as crazy during spring break as Fort Lauderdale. We ventured out for some daytime excursions but it was always nice to return to the house, stick your feet in the pool and totally relax!! Thank you, Rick, for such an incredible vacation!!

Great Stay at Deerfield Beach
We had a great week at Deerfield Beach. The house was terrific - great accomodation for 3 couples, lots of room and very comfortable!
The house was clean and the owner was available to discuss any questions we had. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
We spent some time at the area's beautiful beaches, had some wonderful meals, did some great shopping and overall had a really great vacation.
Would rent this property again in a heartbeat!!

VERY GREAT TIME !!
Nous avons passé un très très bon moment dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est très sympa. La maison est magnifique et donne sur les canaux. La cuisine est superbe et fonctionnelle. Le matériel est top. Les lits sont très confortables. Le voisinage est super calme. Vraiment une maison à louer !!

Pre-Wedding Vacation
Our families came and went the week prior to our daughters Bocca beach wedding, and this was our "home" that week. It was elegant, large, "homey" and wonderful! Completely stocked down to fishing poles, laundry soap, and pool toys, with the most comfortable beds. We had room to visit and room to be alone.
Rick was awesome to work with-we had a minor water problem and he had a plumber out to fix it. He answered my emails and my phone calls and never seemed bothered by my questions...
I must say the highlight was the first morning finding out that I had my own "pool boy" to wake up to! We loved the gecko's sunning themselves by the pool, and being so close to everything! We would use this home again and again if we ever have the opportunity to come this way.

We didn't want to leave!!
This house is simply beautiful!!! It looks even better than the photos. My family and I had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back next year if the house is available. The owner was very obliging and the area itself is beautiful. All attractions were very close by. The house was comfortable and that kitchen, my goodness, was amazing!!! I can honestly say choosing this property was the best thing that has happened with our summer vacation in a long time!
