Meals high prices. Lack of good and comfy beach chairs. They should be included along with the umbrellas. It is not agreeable to pay for them.

There’s no parking included, there’s no cleaning service, there’s no enough information about the services

Vallet parking works great, car was always on time. Views are great there. Beach was empty and quiet.

Breakfast included in price is only by name: every day same food: oatmeal, milk, cornflakes and creamy white cheese with toasts for drink coffe, tea or orange or apple juice. Only oatmeal was a warm meal. There is additional menu with prices but our cook was not able to prepare avocado toast with eggs benedict (which was in menu) and proposed us an alternative of avocado tost with scrambled eggs (we resigned). One of ordered warm meals was Breakfast Burrito which came cold and tasted awfull (daughter resigned from eating it). At the end We received receipt and were supprised that prices in menu are without tax and additional service fee was added without questioning are we happy with our meal. Cost of 12USD became a 20.32USD for one awful burrito. There was only disposable cutlery for customers use (not easy to spread cold creamy white cheese on slice of tost). After this We decided to not order from hotel restaurant, We just ate quick morning toast and moved for real breakfest outside. Vallet parking does not works during night hours - You must pre order car in advance. Vallet parking costs 25USD per day and You must pay all days that You ordered hotel stay. No other option to travel to and from hotel in easy and affordable way (only taxi, uber or rented car). Main corridors are dirty and not cleaned, during our four days of stay only once i have seen that someone is cleaning the floor. Main corridors to restaurant, pool and to the beach were very dirty from early morning hours. During our stay no one cleaned it even once (same dirt laying day by day). No coffe or water in the rooms, equipment is there but You need to buy coffe pads and bring own tea. There was no buttle of water in the room for starter. In few words customer is to pay for everything!! Your happines during stay is not important (you will receive minimum what was promised nothig less, nothing more).

The breakfast, is too poor. There are not many things to add to the bread: no cheese, no ham, no serrano ham. just one kind of juice, orange. There are not fruits.

The ground floor is a breeze way straight to the ocean. There are tables, couches and chairs to hang around in. The restaurant is in the same area so you can order food/cocktails, and they bring it out to you. The pool is clean with plenty of seating. ALL staff members were amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Bed and pillows so comfy.

The continental breakfast was free but very minimal. The property was right on the beach and the pool was nice.

The pool water was very cold. When I went in to the attached restaurant the last would not let me use the bathroom. There was no one in the restaurant and we had eaten in there 5 times already. To tell a paying guest she has to go somewhere else was very rude.

Very efficient, staff was professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I like having optional housekeeping on demand. Valet service is efficient and helpful.

There is a restaurant on the property that is privately managed, so there are signs by the pool and lounge area asking that you not have outside food. The restaurant food is sub par (we tried it) and it is a boutique style hotel with kitchenettes that would usually allow guests to have their own food.

Lots of after the fact, extra charges! Valet parking only, $25/day plus tip, bikes$10/hour, even a sign charging for beach chairs and umbrella. Also, no housekeeping unless scheduled beforehand, small room.

Le déjeuner inclus était continental alors que les hôtels à ce prix offre un déjeuner complet. Pas de nettoyage de chambre quotidien mais les serviettes, savons, etc étaient a la disposition dans le lobby. On mentionnait qu’une station d’eau était disponible au lobby, il n’y en avait pas le dimanche. Les coussins de la terrasse étaient sales. La chambre très petite. Le stationnement payant $25 par jour. Nous avons remarqué en sortant que cet hôtel portait le titre de Small Luxury Hotel…

Disgusted at the erroneous ratings given to this resort. We had to change rooms three times. First room over run by ants that just freaked us out. The second room was smaller no view and dark. The lights flashed on and off. And it smelled horrible. Third and last room had such dirty floors My feet were stained from the filth. How could you guys give this place any consideration. Restaurant was less than adequate not having even half of the menu items available and the lunch server was a grumpy woman. It was a Bad experience and I will not use booking.com again. Your reputation and honesty are gone with me

La climatisation ne fait que du froid la chambre était glacial. La chambre était très humide les vêtements étaient presque trempés si ont les laissé dehors aussi avec une tel humidité les vitres dégoulinaient d’eau avec la température extérieur. Il y a une très mauvaise isolation thermique. Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner. Personnel inexistant la chambre n’a pas était faite durant mon séjour de 2 jours.

The staff is great and the overall facility was clean and welcoming.

I was charged $50.00 for valet parking with no other parking available. I wasn't informed of this when I booked the room. My room was odd shaped with a column in the center of the room. The television was mounted on the right hand wall making it awkward at best to watch. The entire room had two bedside lamps to light the entire room, so it was dark. I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee maker, and even if I could the cups don't fit the machine. I ordered room service and after I placed the order I was told there were out of what I had ordered. I'm still waiting for the reversal on my credit card.

Room was very small. No room in the bathroom to but anything. Not enough closet or drawers. Air conditioning difficult to control. No help to bring in baggage. Bed was difficult to get out of. Practically on the floor. Television was on the wall on the side of the bed so you had to strain your neck to see it. Not enough light in the room.

I had 3 family members with me and the lunch we had everyone’s food was hot & quality was very good.

Restroom by the pool, seems to need attention as well as the trash can.

Location near beach was good. Valets were very pleasant. The coffee was good. Pool was warm. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is not 4 stars by any stretch of the imagination - room was very tiny, handle to balcony was broken, no bureau, no place to hang dresses, only short closet, thermostat was broken when we arrived, was repaired but never really worked, fridge freezer was filled with frozen ice, made it unuseable, location very far from any convenience store or restaurant but no vending machine or availability to buy snacks, drinks, etc. Room faced the road, noisy and very unpleasant, elevators never were cleaned, and in 10 days pool was not vacuumed once. TV placement on side wall near bed meant you could not watch it without straining your neck. We just spent a night at a Hampton Inn on the road that was 10 times more comfortable and better value for money.

Horrible service, I do not recommend this hotel. They didn't clean the Hotel properly, the elevators were dirty, the gym, the room, the bath. Cleaning staff are lazy.

Immaculately clean, classy, modern would definitely recommend , pool ,beach on property…great food @ hotel restaurant , beautiful view, easy for driving to shops , restaurants…but just enough distance to avoid the business of downtown area & provide some privacy. Would definitely recommend to friends. Was initially greeted by Michele & Ciao @ reception whom were extremely pleasant & made us feel very welcome. Staff are young, professional & so lovely. I would definitely stay again & recommend to friends/family

Great Location. Mold and Mildew made both of us sick.

Air Quality was poor. False advertisement regarding the ocean view. The towels smelt like old mildew. The hotel staff avoided us because we had a complaint. I would not recommend this for anyone with asthma or allergies.

The location is perfect. Very beautiful neighborhood. Quiet little strip. Minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. Beautiful beaches, right in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately, breakfast and parking aren’t included. Many hidden resort fees. Very expensive breakfast and lunch options at the hotel restaurant. $25 a night to park your car. My room: very dirty floors, refrigerator defrosted overnight, not a thorough cleaning from housekeeping. You should just expect towels.
