Welcome to "Our Sandity", your Home away from Home in Myrtle Beach

Das Haupt- / Eignerschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptebene und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Die restlichen 4 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und bestehen aus 2 Queensize-Betten, 1 Kingsize-Bett und einem Kinderzimmer mit 2 Doppelstockbetten , bequem für 12 Personen schlafen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Flachbildfernseher und Kabelfernsehen ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer hat auch einen DVD-Player.
Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit einer L-förmigen Couch und einem 50-Zoll-Smart-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Die elegante Küche eignet sich perfekt zum Kochen, da sie mit brandneuen Geräten aus Edelstahl wie einem Kühlschrank, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Herd und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet ist. Auf der Hauptebene befindet sich ein Gasgrill.
Das Hotel liegt am Magnolia Lake, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und anderen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem olympischen Pool, einem Basketballplatz, einem 18-Loch-Minigolfplatz und einem kürzlich renovierten Wasserpark mit Lazy River und Drop Zone entfernt Mat Racer, Tube Slides, eine Splash Zone und ein Toddler Tad Pool. Später können Sie den Sonnenuntergang von einem der drei Balkone aus beobachten.

We had the most amazing stay at this house! We have stayed at Ocean Lakes several times in the past and this house was hands down the best we’ve stayed at yet. The layout was perfect and it had the privacy of being tucked away on a side street while all the amenities of Ocean Lakes were very easy to get to. Out mornings were spent on the balcony overlooking Magnolia Lake! There also was plenty of parking for our three vehicles and two golf cars. We will definitely book here again!

This is my family and I’s second stay at this house and it was as great this time as it was the last. It’s a perfect location and a great space for big families to hangout together. The homeowners/property managers are incredibly easy to stay in touch with and are super helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our beach week and loved the house. The house had all the necessities and more. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case when renting. We look forward to returning next year.

This is the second time our family rented this house. It was wonderful again! Plenty of room for our family. Lots of extras with beach chairs, toys, and chairs. We did a low country boil and invited more family over. We all ate outside at the Tiki bar plenty of room for everyone. Definitely recommend this for a wonderful time and special memories with our grandchildren!

The house was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed fishing. You must bring your own poles. Modern decor, nice view of the lake. We were in a quieter section of the campground. Property manager was very responsive to my many questions. Nice to have the water park on the grounds. Beach about a 1/4 mile from house although there is some parking close to the beach and right next to the water park. Only slight drawback was the geese in the yard and driveway. Wear your shoes. Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here for our week of my daughters Dance Nationals. It was a great location and the house was clean. The beds were comfortable which is hard to find. Plenty of space for my family. We will stay at this location again. Tim was always available if I had any questions.

Nice unit well supplied with needs. Small issue with bed never heard such a horrible sound when u sat or later on it, sleepless nights. And TV kept coming on by itself and no it was not on a timer. Just the 2 burps above all else was excellent.

We had a great time staying here! We loved being on the water. The house had great outdoor areas and everything we needed for our stay. Tim was incredibly accessible when we had sown questions about parking at check in. The only downfall was not very much room for storing food for our family of 8, but we managed ok.I would recommend this house to anyone coming to Ocean Lakes.

Property and home clean and furnished top notch. Parking was THE BEST—We parked 5 cars and 2 golf carts!
The outdoor covered tiki bar used lots—grilling and television for all the games.

This property was so spacious, inside and out. We loved sitting on the back porch while the kids fished in the pond. There was plenty of room in the driveway for our vehicles, golf carts and corn hole boards. We had a great week and hope to return next summer.

Had a fun time!
Everyong said they loved the house and enjoyed the location. They all agreed they would go back again. I personally wasn't able to make it but want to thank Tim, the owner, for being so responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect for our family
We enjoyed staying in your beach house. It had many extras that made our trip easy! Beach chairs, boogie boards, the geese in the pond right outside in the pond! The house was very clean and we had plenty of room to spread out!

Family Perfect
This house was perfect for family to enjoy time at the beach. This house had all the amenities and necessary items you need (I was overpacked). Quiet location, peaceful on the small lake, but close to the ocean and the amenities of the campground. The home was clean and everything worked! You will not be disappointed if you rent this home, highly recommend!

Everything you needed
This is the first house I've rented that literally had everything you could possibly need, all you needed was your clothes and food, the owner had provided everything else you could imagine, even had coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, could've definitely packed less had I known !!

This property was so nice to stay at. It was very roomy with high end finishes, lots of seating and bedroom space. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Wonderful vacation
The house was just as described. Clean and well stocked. Easiest check-in process ever. Pre-register and have passes mailed before your visit, go in the South Gate entrance and the house is super easy to find! Only cons for us was slow draining showers (which always seems to be an issue with any beach house I’ve rented, I’m assuming because of the sand) and an abundance of spiders on the porch at night (but they kept to themselves). Would definitely recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay!!

Our Sandity Is A Beautiful And Clean Home
My family and friends loved our stay at Tim and Beth’s, Our Sandity. The 5 bedroom home was very clean and well furnished with plenty of cooking utensils and even detergent for the dishes. The master bath and shower is fantastic, especially for a rental. The home is full of extras and bonuses that you normally don’t get with other rentals.
Thanks for providing a great place to stay, and we look forward to staying again in the near future.

We love this house and the location. It is our favorite house in Ocean Lakes to stay. We like the location due to its not in the crowded area during our stay in October. Very clean and spacious if you have a large group.

Our best Myrtle Beach stay ever.
Everything went great. Home was perfect. Wifi worked great with 14 people all using it at the same time. Kitchen was stock with good quality pots and pans. Outside and indoor seatingwas sufficient.
When we call the owners they picked up right away. Got propane refilled very quickly.
