Unser großes Stadthaus befindet sich in Clearbrook, inmitten der wunderschönen Weißen Berge. Loon Mountain ist nur einen Steinwurf von unserer Haustür entfernt und bietet das ganze Jahr über Bequemlichkeit für alle Wanderungen, Mountainbiking, Reiten, Skifahren und Snowboarden, die Sie tun können. Die Einheit ist komplett für Ihren Urlaub ausgestattet. Die Hauptebene bietet einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem gemütlichen Kamin. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über alle notwendigen Kochutensilien, um eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit zu haben. Schlafgelegenheiten umfassen ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die große Betten und zwei Etagenbetten enthalten. Es gibt auch einen Loft-Bereich, wenn mehr Platz benötigt wird. Eine Waschküche kann auf der unteren Ebene für Ihre Bequemlichkeit gefunden werden.

This rental was just lovely in so many ways. The condo is in a great location to be able to enjoy a variety of activities across the age range of our large family group—grandparents, children, and grandchildren. We were able to take some beautiful, easy hikes in the woods to rivers, waterfalls, and scenic views. Some took the gondola on Loon Mountain. And it was close enough for s day trip to Storyland for the youngest in our group.
The condo is bright and clean and even nicer than it appears in the pictures. There was enough space for each family group to have private space, yet ample opportunities to spend time together in the common areas for meals, conversation, and entertainment and games. There are many dining options nearby, but Paul’s home also has a well equipped kitchen with basic kitchen staples, supplies, and cookware for simple meal preparation at home. The Keurig, dishwasher, and washer and dryer were nice bonuses that made our stay easier and more pleasant.
Paul was a wonderful host. He provided clear information about his home in advance letting us know where things were and how they worked, instructions on how to get in and what to do upon our departure. He was always available by phone/text for the few questions we had during our stay. We were also able to utilize his membership at the swim/tennis club to take the children for an afternoon swim in the pool.
If we are ever lucky enough to return to this area, I would love to be able to stay again.

We stayed here for a ski weekend in Feb. The location was perfect. Minutes from the mountain and my husband who doesn't ski was able to easily take the bus to meet us for lunch each day while the lots were full. The house is well kept and stocked with essentials you need. It was a great layout and size for our family of 5. Quiet and cozy for an evening after skiing all day. Paul was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. We would absolutely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids went skiing and came back to the condo hungry and happy. The fireplace was great and provided just the right tone for reliving the days. We did head to the hot tubs at the health club. Thanks for that. Very enjoy time.

What a great property in a really key spot if you're heading to the White Mountains for skiing, leaf peeping, or just reconnecting with nature. The condo had tons of room and was comfortable. The condo was accurately described. The accomodations were perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was spacious and was stocked with everything one could need.

The instructions provided ahead of time were very details and easy to follow.
The location was conveniently located to Loon with shuttle service and only a few miles from the Ice Castles.

We have finally found our perfect spot to stay when skiing in Lincoln. There was plenty of room to spread out and had everything that we needed for our stay. Our dog is part of our family so we need to find a pet friendly place to rent and this was it. Thank you Paul for a wonderful stay. We will book here every time we head to Lincoln.

Our last year of many consecutive family February vacation ski trips ended 25 years ago! We started (what we hope will be) an annual Loon vacation with the third generation this February.
The condo did have everything we needed, as it said. The condo was clean! The spacing was fabulous. The two grand kids (ages 7 and 8) could always find a spot to play by themselves.
We all, very much enjoyed our stay at the condo!

Great location near Loon Mountain and much to do in nearby Lincoln. Easy to also ski Waterville Valley and Cannon. Plenty of room for our group. Even had a den that we didn't use. Two full bathrooms and laundry room. Only drawback was the couches were in poor shape and should be replaced.

Really enjoyed this property for a three night stay for some spring skiing with my adult boys. It was very cozy (with plenty of room for a large group) with all the modern amenities and in a great spot just a two minute drive to Loon ski resort. Having use of the nearby Loon Village resort for their gym and pool (and game room which I didn't use) was a big plus. I contacted the owner before my stay and he was very friendly and gave me lots of tips on the area. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great experience overall! The house was very well stocked, very clean and in great repair. Everything we needed to know was clearly spelled out for us. It is tough to find a place to accommodate our 6 kids and dog, but this did the trick! The kids loved the set up and asked to stay longer when it was time to leave. We hope to be able to come back again in the future. Would highly recommend!
