Fantastic location! Very homely apartment, Loved the fireplace and the complimentary wine and cookies on arrival. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was stocked with everyday items like oil salt and pepper and condiments which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The fold out sofa bed was very hard to fold out. Travelling as a group of two families, even our two fit and strong husbands found it difficult to fold the bed out and put it away again. Perhaps it might be time for a new sofa bed.

Unable to use garage as parking is limited in the area. No space for 2 cars, esp as had 6 adults staying Bathrooms could be clear ie removal of hair from tiles and between sink and bath Oven not working due to fuse switch....unable to find fuse box or get assistance about location of the box during communication. This was a real pain as we wanted to cook a meal and heat food in the oven.

Great location right opposite the lake. 5-10 min walk to the centre and water front. Lovely comfortable house

Parking out back was tight and hardly any room on the road to park unless you got there early

Location was great being within FLAT walking distance to the centre of QTown town that our 6 and 7 year old boys were happy to do on daily excursions. Beautiful views straight across Lake Wakatipu and a small park directly over the road which entertained our kids. The house had underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a gas fireplace which was excellent in the colder ends of the days. At no point were we cold. Full kitchen and glassware. The doors did not require keys and instead used codes. This was very handy for a family. 3 bedrooms and more than enough space for a family of 4. Off street and free on street parking helped. We loved the welcome hamper!

For what we required there was nothing that was not catered for. Clean, warm, secure, comfortable and within walking distance to town.
