The property was ideally situated in a quiet part of town and really close to downtown with a lot of great food options. We ate at Warfield Distillery, The Kneadery, Despo's, Pioneer Saloon, and Smokey Mountain Pizzeria were all awesome! We played golf at the Sun Valley courses which are beautiful and the weather was fantastic in June. Communication with the owner Andy was great and he was quick to respond and give suggestions on what to do. Would definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful and well maintained condo in Ketchum. Everything seems like new and top quality. It was a perfect spot for a fall visit. We would absolutely return here for a ski vacation too.

A good place to stay. Clean, gorgeous decor, well organized, nice linens, and good location. We enjoyed our time in town for a wedding and hope for another trip with more time to explore the area.

We took a post XMAS vacation to Sun Valley for some skiing, and for a medium size family this property is a perfect setup. Clean, well equiped kitchen, nice bedding, nice location, and great access to all the fun that the area provides.
Andy was likely the best owner / manager I have ever dealt with on a rental too. Very proactive, and was immediately responsive to all inquiries or local advice.
Book it, and have fun like we did!

We had a fantastic time as a family of 6. Andy was the ideal host, making sure everything was the way we needed it to be. He provided great info and was super responsive with any communication. It was the perfect space and location to town was easy. We walked and biked in to town. It was located right next to the path. The place was super clean and really nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic spot!
We had a group of 8 for a wedding, and this property couldn’t have been better for us. It was plenty of space for all of us, and kept us close to town and all of the wedding activities. Andy could not have been more helpful or responsive either. Would absolutely recommend booking this for your next trip.

Exactly what we wanted!
Perfect place to stay in West Ketchum. The owner was easy to communicate with, the townhome was really nicely appointed and clean. Quick to either Warm Springs or River Run and close to town. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Ketchum!
Our family has stayed in lots of VRBOs, and this one is definitely in the top 2 or 3. The location is excellent for both skiing & town. The condo was super clean, with nice high ceilings and a great open floor plan kitchen/family room. The host is very friendly & helpful. If we come back to Ketchum, and I hope we do, this will be the first place I look to book.
PS - Tator Trailor on Main Street was a huge hit with this family!

Wonderful Stay
Our family of four had a fantastic stay in Ketchum and Andy's condo was a great homebase for our vacation. Andy stayed in touch with us via text which made the check in and check out process super easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival and perfect for our family of four. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The location is convenient to the town of Ketchum for restaurants and shopping. Thank you and can't wait to come back!

Great condo in a fantastic location
We loved staying at this property! The condo is cozy and comfortable, with everything our family needed. It was a quick walk to River Run lodge for skiing and into town for dinner. Just wonderful!

Long weekend getaway
Very easy check in. Andy told us we could check in early if we wanted. Andy was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. The condo is very nice and comfortable. The beds are great, the linens are very nice. The living room was fairly small but it was perfect for the two of us. No view, but no view was advertised, so that’s fine. Very close to down town. . We happened to be there during the Trailing of the Sheep Festival and that was quite fun. We went to the Craters of the Moon National Monument and really enjoyed that. Wonderful weekend. Thank you Andy.

What can I say, my cycling team needed a place to stay where we could all have a bed and was close to downtown. This property worked out perfect and met our requirements. Andrew is one of the most responsive owners I have come across when renting properties through Homeaway.

What A Place !!
Arrived for a week stay in Ketchum Idaho culminating with a family wedding. This is our second stay in the Sun Valley area, and are glad we picked Ketchum this time. Conveniently located near hiking, biking and lazing around town! Walking to everything is an added bonus to our active crowd. I can't think of anything that was missing from this condo. I understand the "10:00 p.m., please respect the noise level" as the sound does carry. Perfectly priced, perfectly outfitted, AND the owner is very responsive and always made a point of making sure everything was good. Nice Job Andrew.

Christmas Vacation in Sun Valley
This condo was well-appointed, resourced, and local. The owner, Mr. Grenz, was extremely responsive via texts when communication was needed. The beds were comfy, there was ample parking, including a garage, the kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking complicated meals, and the location was perfect to get to downhill skiing. Further, the condo was only 30 minutes from Galena Lodge where there was excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The only drawbacks with the condo was the very uneven heating system which left people upstairs roasting all night long. Regardless, I would rent this condo again if I was to go to Sun Valley.

Comfortable condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful condo. The location was perfect, being close to downtown as well as to the river trail.
Andy was a very hands on landlord, being very responsive to any questions we had. We were two couples traveling together; the arrangement of the condo was very functional for us.

Beautiful condo, great owners and the best location in Sun Valley!
This place was fabulous and Andrew was a fantastic host. He made sure that we had everything that we needed and was extremely responsive to our questions. The location was perfect right behind the beautiful bike path, steps away from the river and the River Run Lodge. A quick bike ride to all places in town - we never needed our car! The condo was updated and clean and extremely comfortable. We would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location to enjoy Sun Valley
We had 3 perfect weeks in Sun Valley staying at this well appointed condominium. We had bikes so we almost never had to get in the car. The master suite is has a great bathroom and well designed walk in closet.
The condo is clean with plenty of back up linens. The proximity to the bike paths and the River Run lodge is perfect.
The kitchen has all the basics and the appliances are good. I hesitate to go on and on since I want it to be available when I want it next year. You won't be sorry renting this place.

Very nice condo in Sun Valley that served as a homebase for a long weekend of mountain biking. Walkable to downtown Ketchum and very close to Bald Mountain. Garage was great to keep bikes safe.

Late September 2016 stay at house for MTB trip
The house was very nice with a nice well stocked kitchen, good utensils, knives, tools, etc... The house was clean and inviting, the beds were semi-firm with high quality sheets and comforts. The garage was keyed and had an opener. GOOD Wi-Fi signal. Nothing to complain about and made for a very enjoyable stay. The owner was extremely helpful in allowing us to schedule an extra night early and the washer and dryer worked well for minor items. I'm giving this a 5-star as I could find no faults with the stay, location, or ability of the owner to meet our every need.

Great Ketchum Condo
Great place, but here are the negatives: It was in the high 80's in Ketchum when we arrived so the condo was a bit warm. After one night with the windows open, all was better. We love the outdoors and prefer to sit outdoors whenever possible. This condo only has a small porch at the entrance.
That said, Andy was a responsive host and his condo is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, clean and roomy enough for three couples.
Location is great. Proximity to town is close enough to walk although we never did and I would imagine most people would not. Proximity to trails and bike paths is exceptional. Many of us started each morning with a run, walk or hike along the river or up Bald Mountain. Such a pleasure to simply walk out the front door and begin! No driving, parking, unloading, etc.
With the exception of wanting a porch/patio we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thanks Andy

Comfortable, open, clean and close to town.
The property is walking distance to town and at the same time away from the traffic. I love that is it was very clean, comfortable and a nice open floor plan. It was nice having the option to have all the appliances in the kitchen to cook or bake and having wireless internet as well. I would stay their again!! I would recommend it.
