Perfect location to see whatever Milwaukee has to offer. Walking distance to cafes, coffee, restaurants, lake Michigan, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

main floor bedroom mattress sagged in the middle. issue with getting parking permit longer than 3 days

The place was roomy enough and there was plenty of street parking which was great. There was a wok and Instapot which was handy. Also everything was labeled which is also handy. The wifi password was easy to find in multiple places.

The place had a smell of cigarette smoke that wasn't great, not overwhelming but not pleasant. One of the bedrooms looked like it had been slept in and not cleaned, there was a stain on the undersheet so luckily some of us brought our own blankets and just slept on top of them. The toilet seat had a crack in it so it pinched when you sat on it. We were told there was one provided free parking space but we were never able to find it and the host never returned our message after asking about it, so no real communication with the host once you check in. Also there is a rotting board to one side of the porch just outside of the main walking path in and out of the door, one of our members almost stepped through it, so kind of a hazard. I'd say a few improvements to these things and it would be a good place to book again.

Cozy, quiet, well appointed house minutes from the heart of the city. Great wifi and climate control, lots of kitchen tools and snacks, and the hottest hot water. Nice deck and comfy beds. So very much better than a hotel. More for families than partiers. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay again!

My only (minor) criticism is that the 3 Roku TVs in the house are small and inexpensive. They crashed a lot, to the point where I couldn't get one of them to function properly long enough to log out my netflix account before we left. The remotes suck and they don't turn up loud enough to really hear them very well. Everything else was outstanding.
