Das Hotel liegt im ersten Stock drei-Zimmer-Eigentumswohnung am Fluss bietet eine herrliche Aussicht und einfachen Zugang zum Pemigewasset Fluss. Das geräumige Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich befindet sich im mittleren Teil dieser Wohnanlage. Auf der einen Seite des Wohnbereichs ist das Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite mit Doppelbett, Fernseher und eigenem Bad. Auf der anderen Seite sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem großen Bett, das andere mit einem Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett) sowie ein Vollbad.
Während der Sommersaison stellen Sie sicher, ein erfrischendes Bad im nahen durch alte Mode-Schwimmen im Fluss Loch zu nehmen oder Zeit an einem der beiden Außenpools verbringen. Die Tennisplätze sind auch in den Sommermonaten zur Verfügung.
Pools und Gerichte können für kurze Zeit durch mechanische oder physikalische Wartung nicht verfügbar sein. Admittance kann für die Nichteinhaltung von Pool / Gericht Regeln verweigert werden.

This was my second time renting the same unit and it didn’t disappoint. Perfect place for grandkids to enjoy the river. The unit was perfect for us all. The unit had everything you needed,even extra Kleenex 😊. Hope to return next year.

Rental met our needs. Very comfortable, plenty of seating and anything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely rent this unit again. Only problem we had was the shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain fast enough. We were standing in ankle deep water as we were showering.

Rental was as described. It’s definitely older decor and carpeted but spotless ! Nice little welcome not and bag of goodies. The view is amazing - can’t wait to go in the summer and take advantage of river. Convenient to everything. Rental office so nice so accommodating.

I would truly recommend this to anyone I know. The condo was a perfect size and loved the deck in back for my morning coffee listening to the river. We had a great time in the river and pool. The staff were very helpful and resolved minor issues we had. I loved being on the first floor seeing I use a cane. I hope to return again. Thank you

Place was very quaint, immaculate, view out sliding glass doors was the river just steps away. Swimming hole short walk away kids loved it. Convenient to everything. Everything was great. The only little drawback was the week we stayed humidity was incredibly high and cottage does not have a/c but did provide fans. Despite difficult sleeping would still highly recommend !

This unit was very dated. Old carpet, 25 year old dishwasher which bottom rack fell off tracks when loaded, old bedroom furniture. Three pans were burnt on the bottom that we had to clean. Location is close to mountain and on bus route. Rental staff were very friendly and efficient.

This is a professionally managed riverfront Condo very near Loon Mountain. It is quiet, well furnished and very comfortable. There is high speed internet, and plenty of room. We had a great vacation and hope to return to this unit soon!. Thank you!!!

We have been staying at Loon Mt. Condos for more than 25 years. This property was by far the worst. The couch was unusable-you sank practically to the floor. The oven was so dirty we thought we were going to set off the smoke alarms just trying to heat up dinner. The beds were generally uncomfortable, as were the pillows. We could not get the DVD player to work with the TV. The location for the Highland Games was superb. But the inside of this place could use some major overhauling!

Kitchen was well supplied and condo in a good location. The linens were clean, but there was old coffee in the coffee pot and some moldy coasters on the table. Also some cobwebs in fairly obvious places.

The kitchen equipment was poor. We had to buy two fry pans, as there were none there. The wine glasses had been put back in the cupboard by the previous tenants broken. We had to have some brought from home. Most pots had no lids and a large stock pot had only one handle.We bought a can opener, since the flimsy one there barely worked. I think you would do well to discuss these issues with the home owner.Otherwise the home was very clean when we arrived. The master bed room was comfortable, but the beds in the single bed room were uncomfortable. We couldn't find extra batteries for the flash light, nor extra light bulbs.I hope you find this critique helpful. Irene Hakim

Electric stove elements, specifically the right front, were encrusted in old burnt grease. Set off the smoke detectors whenever it was used. Fire place grate was derogated to the point it was useless.

Have stayed in all area condos during Highland games for the last 25 years. Have never had a complaint until this year. Living room sofa was broken and could not sit in it without sinking to bottom. Seemed to need a good vacuuming also. Would stay in other condos.
