The facilities and cleanliness. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Excessive additional paperwork before checkin. Downstairs bathroom with no ensuite room was a big minus with a heavily pregnant wife. Guests should be made aware of this in the listing. The advertised parking space was also useless as the access was blocked throughout our stay by another car. Apparently, this is a repeated problem mentioned in some of the reviews.

A good size for a short stay visit. Location was quiet and convenient for the beach and main attractions in Margate. Having a parking space and the garden were an added bonus and we ate most meals outside. The house was largely well equipped with what we needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we would recommend.

Sand blasting/powder coating business opposite was very noisy from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm.

We loved the location, the private parking around back was so handy, the house was lovely, clean, great decor, filled with everything you could possibly need for cooking etc. Loved that linen, towels, shower gels/shampoo, toilet roll all included. Cleaning products. Even had a lovely gift basket full of goodies on our stay and a bosch hot drinks machine with pods avaliable. It was a great price for 4 nights, great location, close to Dreamland, beach, caves, shell grotto. It had a safe to keep belongings in if needed, there was a TV in both bedroom and the living room. There was a folder with information on attractions near by, deliveroo details, list of resteraunts, how to guides for hob etc. They have literally though of everything. Rooms are a great size, sofa even comes out into a bed if needed. No stairgates, but I think this a is a service you can request? We had a two year old and nine year old with us, we didn't have the need one. I loved the contact via email from Adliv, Lee-Ann was lovely, she dealt with any queries and even checked in on us after our first night to see how we settled in, great service and made everything so smooth. Will definately return

There wasn't anything we didn't like, Margate itself can look a little rough on the streets but we didn't encounter any problems whilst there and the street the house is located on, is nice with friendly neighbours.

The property was absolutely immaculate and refurbished to the highest standards with high quality everything, it was a lovely house to stay in.

The area was a bit run down however it was very convenient for the beach, station and dreamland.

Location was great! having its own parking space and enclosed outside area was a massive plus! loved how modern and comfortable it was. Lots of little extra touches too!
