Cute little condo. Very clean, owner was super fast to respond to any communication. Loved the area and the pool was nice and quiet.

We had a great stay! The condo is cute, very clean, and in a great location. While it is small, it was perfect for my husband I. Communication with Vanessa was wonderful... I really have no cons to mention. I would absolutely recommend for one or two people who want great location and comfort.

Great location.

Very convenient area. Loved the restaurants and shopping close by, along with nice hiking areas. Condo was comfortable. Would have preferred exact instructions on turning the lock after entering the code. Renters longer than a week (we stayed for a month) would appreciate a vacuum and dust mop to do weekly cleaning.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was clean, and it was a fantastic location!

Clean and comfortable.

The location was ideal for my purposes; it’s right by the Sunrise/Skyline axis. I love going to Tohono Chul, the Botanic Garden, and Sabino Canyon. Whole Foods is on the way. The Apple Store is nearby. The family I visit live in the area. It’s also close to the most direct route to the airport. I’m no longer up to hiking into the Santa Catalina Mountains, but several trailheads are a short drive away. The unit is conveniently located close to the parking spot. It’s compact, with good separation between and bedroom and living room, (if two sleeping areas are needed). Everything works; w/d, stove, HVAC, dishwasher. The shower puzzled me at first; but I learned that the handle needs to rotate several times before the hot water comes on. The bathroom vent is strong, so there’s no fogging up. I don’t watch TV and it was too cool to swim, so I can’t comment on those assets. The security measures are simple. I felt safe there The development is quiet. It looks well managed. The few people I talked with were friendly. I can recommend this unit without hesitation.

We enjoyed the Skyline Vista area, and while we didn't use the pool, tennis court, etc., it was nice that they were available. Very comfortable apartment--and easy to find.

Vanessa was immediately responsive to any questions and acted promptly to resolve any issues, so that we would be comfortable.

Had a great 11 day stay. Very close or easy access to all the places we wanted to go. Very clean. Just the right size for me and my husband.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated that there was not an overwhelming amount of "rules". Enjoyed a very nice anniversary dinner at Vivace, just down the road

Great location. I was very impressed how easy it was to check in. It was a very comfortable condo/apartment. Shower and toilet area was a bit tight but I got used to it and it wasn’t a problem. Very satisfied with it and definitely would return!

This place was very well kept. The kitchen was just the right size for some dinner cooking for my husband and I. Pots/pans and cutlery were provided and were very nice. I baked some bread and potatoes in the oven, which worked very well. Only thing that would be nice to have would be some oven mitts rather than towels to pull hot stuff out of the oven. The bathrooms were very clean and well decorated. No concern at all about the safety of the place. The bedroom was comfortable. A nice size for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and I had no trouble unpacking our clothes in the drawers and oversized closet. The living room was really nice, soft couch to relax in. I did not use the pull out bed. The pictures showed a grill, but when we got there, there was no grill on the porch. Not a big deal, as we cooked just fine in the kitchen, but initially was planning on grilling something. We apparently came to the desert during the monsoon season, so it was awesome to sit out on the porch and watch the storms come through. The owner of the place was very responsive to messages and very flexible of our stay. Overall, I would stay here again and would definitely recommend in the future! Thanks!

The condo was above and beyond expectations;the air conditioning and air purifiers were pre-set and running before arrival which was great as the temperatures were 110° plus.The owner was very communicative and I look forward to staying again as availability warrrants.

Vanessa's place was great! My son and I stayed for a week and were very comfortable. It was easy to find and clean. The master bed was comfortable and my son loved sleeping on the pull out bed on the couch. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer available to use. Vanessa was responsive and easy to communicate with. We will most likely be going back to Tucson later this year and if we do, we will for sure stay here again.
