easy access, roomy and comfortable, good price-quality
there's a coffee machine but no complimentary coffee to use it. Yes, there is a machine in the hallway, but supplying some coffee for room guests would not cost the world, yet would make for a more welcome stay.

Nice and spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, free parking directly in front of the entrance, automated check-in worked perfectly. The location is quite convenient just off the A61 motorway in a business campus and is very quiet (at least on a weekend when I was there). Because of the automated check-in, even a very late arrival is no problem in spite of the lack of a reception. Good working desk and plenty of electrical outlets.
Only minor issues: TV remote control didn‘t work (dead batteries?). There is a coffee maker in the room, but the capsules need to be purchased separately, which requires One-EUR coins for a vending machine next to the entrance, however I didn‘t find any cream or sugar. The bathroom is very spacious, but there is no soap for the shower (just liquid handwashing soap — why not simply equip sink and shower with soap dispensers?) and some more shelf space for keeping toiletries would be nice. I got a booking.com discounted price (Genius), but I wouldn‘t have chosen this place for the standard price on the hotel‘s website. There is no onsite breakfast option, but a nearby bakery, however, this would make it difficult for (German) business travellers to expense the breakfast (suggestion to the hotel: Offer a room price optionally including breakfast and provide vouchers to be redeemed at said bakery).

No showergel/shampoo/soap. Only liquid hand soap. Pillows very soft. Only 1 pillow per persoon provided. Unfortunately no double bed, but 2 singles instead.

Quiet location quite close to the rail station with trains to Cologne and Düsseldorf, spacious car park though no disabled spaces, easy to use access system
No disabled parking spaces. Shower doors still had water and soap from previous guest. The toilet paper had a large brown stain up one side. The photos are far different from the actual experience.

I will admit I didn’t arrive with high expectations but wow! This hotel was immaculate. Whoever is in charge of cleaning deserves a raise. Even the lids on the bins were sparkling. I’ve been in Hilton’s which were dirtier than this room. Also the rooms were nicely decorated and the furniture was in wonderful condition. We were very comfortable.
The area is not very pretty: it’s an industrial area and there is a late night spiel-Theke next door and otherwise not a lot going on. This can be a little uncomfortable as a solo Traveller I can imagine- especially as there is no staff on site as far as I can tell.

Was very cold i the room and from the owner i didn' get any support. I made a complaint about the temperature and the answer was that the tehnical team check the room and is ok. But in the room was in first night 16 grade. in the second 19 and in the last 20.

getting in to the hotel/room with codes was annoying (no-one on site)

There is no breakfast (not to my knowledge) but communication with staff via email / phone is working well.

Unbelievably clean und peaceful. I liked the location. Rooms were comfortable and exactly like what I needed.
It could have been better if the hotel supplied toothpaste and Duschgel too. I world recommend everyone to get their toilet stuff.
