Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich.

Empfang sprach schlecht englisch und das Frühstück war unserer Meinung sehr schlecht. Da unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss lag, hatte das Zimmer kaum Tageslicht und es waren die Spül-und Duschgeräusche der Zimmernachbarn laut zuhören.

Lovely place near Bari, the owner was very nice and polite. The area is full with villas and you can really feel the real Italian spirit. The beach is 2 min away where you can see amazing sunsets in the evenings.

The direct bus to Bari is approximately at every hour, also the beach in Santo Spirito is only rocks and you can't really use.

Villa Pina is conveniently located not far from the airport Bari. If you have a late flight, as we did, it was perfect to stay there. There is a seacoast just 5 minutes walk away, beautiful view. But ... do not expect a sandy beach. Entering the water could be a bit challenging, but we liked it anyway. I would not stay for a longer vacation, though for 1-3 nights it is a very good choice. Avoid rooms in the basement (-1), they may make you feel claustrophobic. We were lucky the receptionist has changed our room, otherwise the experience of the stay there wouldn't be so positive.

Probably one of the most beautiful contemporary villas in Santo Spirito.

The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to beach and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable. The little private terrace was a nice touch up to the room 107. Very easy to get to airport and city center, with bus stations close by. I would come back for sure if i will visit Bari again.

The breakfast is Italian so expect croisants and sweets with coffee. Other than this, just a choice of salami and cheese were available that you could use to make a sandwich. Would have been nice to have more options available like fresh fruits or vegetables, eggs, etc. No lactose free, no gluten free options available.

The location was pleasant, a short walk to the beach. A bit far to the Bari centre, but the train was easy to get to. Breakfast was good, but if you're not a fan of sweet breakfasts, it won't be ideal for you.

On our last night the air conditioning was not working, unfortunately just when there was a heat wave in Europe. :D But it was still a very pleasant stay.

The room in the lower floor, where we stayed only for the first night, did not have cellular communication and was uncomfortable.

The place was very nice and the room was very neat and clean.

A beautiful villa in excellent location within 5min walk of the sea, 10min into the small town and 15 min walk to the train station into Bari. The size of the B&B was perfect, not too busy and not too intimate. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable and the balcony and roof terrace were fantastic additions. The host was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We also liked Aaron the german shepherd 😁 Continental breakfast buffet was fresh with good selection to choose from. We would absolutley stay here again should we find ourself in Bari in the future!

Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful cleaner. The bed was very comfortable, nice breakfast, very colourful gardens, lovely experience :)
