Love the size of this huge house, lots of space

Only thing it wasn’t as clean as it should of been , crumbs under the coach cushions, stain on towels, not enough silverware for 16 people, some of the pots and pans had burns or old to use, not enough towels for 16 people. Only 3 rolls of back up toilet paper not enough had to go buy some

The location was serene and close proximity to everything including the beach and stores.

The house is poorly maintained. All appliances are old. The refrigerator wasn’t working and our food would go bad if we didn’t put everything in the freezer. The water pressure was terrible. The house was dirty and poorly cleaned. The towels had stains and we just couldn’t use them except for wiping surfaces. We ran out of toilet paper and trash bags. The bulbs outside weren’t working and needed replacement. The water filter in the fridge wasn’t replaced and the ice feature was broken. For a house that sleeps 16, you would think it would be adequately stocked. This house has great potential, it is spacious, central to local stores and has easy beach access. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded with trees and overall beautiful. The only downside is that the owners seem to do the bare minimum. Zero appliance or furniture upgrades. Small dining table for a house that sleeps many and very poorly cleaned. This could easily be corrected or improved and maybe we may consider coming back.

keyed tube didn’t work, missing closet door, no heat in downstairs bedroom

The house was perfect for a family gathering, kids loved it! It was cozy n comfortable! Location was great!

The insanely slanted driveway that you have no clue about until u drive up, the garage door doesn't work with the electric opener...manually only, n the jacuzzi tub didn't work

Lots of room and very clean!! Kitchen was great for preparing meals.

Plenty of room. Having the two floors helped with the children. Gave them a place to hang out.

The down stairs bedroom had electrical problems. None of the outlets worked and half of the lights. We were unable to use our c-pap machines.
