The staff was very friendly and courteous. Mr Khalil Agha was an excellent beginning at the front desk, very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. We extended our stay because of his help. Thank you, Khalil!

It was a very comfotable place with good food. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. It is a very nice place. I really liked the apartment and place.

Our wi-fi didn't work. And no one came to fix it. It was mentioned that not all apartments provide wifi. We paid a full price, meaning our stay came with linens but we had to fix it ourselves. It was not the easiest thing to do after all the travelling and arriving late with small children. Also, the linens provided were for single beds but there were double beds that needed double bed linen. Lucky i had my own linens with me. We also had an issue with the key code on the apartment main door. After carrying our luggage to the second floor, the code was incorrect and we had to switch apartments. Not an easy feat with tired, young children.
