Plenty of space to spread out and the location is very close to the ferry landing and walking around Balestrand as we didn't have a car. You have a nice table and chairs for 4 and a very complete kitchen with dish towels, dish soap and sponges. Hot water and coffee maker and plenty of dishes, mugs, glassware and cutlery. Paper towels are provided too and toilet paper for the bathroom and towels plus hand soap for the bathroom. There are two twin beds put together and a bunk bed arrangement in the large bedroom. The sofa in the living room could also provide additional sleeping arrangements. I appreciated the secure WiFi too. We would definitely stay here again.

There are no bathroom amenities such as shampoo and body wash so you need to bring your own. Also, you need to make up the comforter and pillow as they provide the sheets.

Amazing location. There is parking place for car around apartments. Comfortable and useful apartment with all required equipment. Check in and check out are super easy.

Excellent location, close to ferry, good etc...

Couldn't have asked for a better location, a very short stroll from the dock where we came in and out via boat, aswell as shops, restaurants, the museum and aquarium. Great communication from host, easy to collect the keys, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a rack to dry clothes on which was approciated. Good variety of films to watch on the tv in english, really spacious, and different bins for recycling. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The first night we stayed was absolutely perfect. However the next two nights we were very unlucky with the large group of people staying above us, as they were incredibly loud, which was quite disturbing especially in the night and morning.

Large ground floor apartment with everything you could need. Very comfortable. Heated floor in the living area :) Washing machine, but no dryer. A clothes rack is provided for air drying. Easy to find. Access instructions were very clear, including pictures. Parking is right next to the apartment.

It was a bit dark but it was a basement.

It is a home to home feeling. The apartment is well equiped with everything we have ever needed. The space is huge and the sofa bed and satellite tv is excellent. The location couldn't be better as it is just a few meters from the shops and restaurants in the waterfront. We dined out at the Ippy Marina, which has the tastest apple cake and pasta. We will miss this place very much!

The living space could use a refresh. It wasn’t very comfortable to sit in the living area.

overall it was a very nice place to stay in. The apartment is spacy with all the equipment one needs. The location is central and we got free parking space. We got the key from a key-box and check-in was very convenient.

The apartment has an electricity issue where you cannot run two heat-based appliances at the same time. We faced an issue when we took a shower and run the stove at the same time.

The property needs renovation as it is old type. The bedroom must have windows. Good for short stay like one day.

Position in Balestrand is good - within easy walking distance of shops etc. Very easy retrieval of keys. Washing machine appreciated and well-equipped kitchenette.

No windows in bedroom or bathroom. Very poor quality furniture and fittings. Fuse trips if you use more than two rings on the cooker.
