We enjoyed the resort’s water park and the house’s private pool.

The house was not cleaned to my standards and showed significant wear and tear. For example, one of the lounge chairs was completely ruined, a burner didn’t work on the stove, and the decorative clock on the main wall didn’t work. There was a cockroach in one of the bathrooms when we arrived. There was hair on the floor or shower in nearly every bathroom. They didn’t provide us with any kitchen dishcloths or towels, and the supply of dish detergent and trash bags was severely lacking for house that’s meant to accommodate 16+ people. In the photos, the Batman room shows a full size bed with a twin bunk over it, but when we arrived there was only a twin bed in the room. Our check-in experience was terrible; they kept telling me the reservation wasn’t in my name because I booked on my husband’s account despite all the documentation — and booking.com — showing otherwise.

the property was really nice we thought until we went to the next property and the new one was beyond exceptional.

the pool was broke and dirty so the first two days we weren’t able to use it. the outside dining area only had two chairs and one was broke. there wasn’t any other seating for us to be able to enjoy the outside. the kitchen table had only 4 chairs and the place was supposed to house 18 people. the electrical outlets didn’t work in the kitchen so we had to plug the toaster elsewhere to use. they we’re supposed to supply some trash bags and dishwasher soap but there wasn’t any of either. after arriving at our new house we were completely disappointed with the house at 401 novi.

House was large and perfect for our family of 13. Close to gas, groceries and restaurants. Price. Nicely decorated.

Lacking in some things such as dish towels, broom and seating on outdoor area. Couches were not comfortable. Area rug and carpets needed shampooed. Not a good reception at the restaurant.

8 bedrooms were awesome. bedding was great! The carpets were dirty or needs to be replaced. The kitchen needs to be refreshed with supplies.

pool needed more sitting.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN, LOTS OF SPACE FOR AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WE HAD AND NO ISSUES AT ALL DURING OUR STAY. WE WOULD DEFINTELY STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE OR SUGGEST PEOPLE HERE.

THERE WASN'T ANYTHING WE DIDNT LIKE. WE STAYED HERE WHILE WE WENT TO THE DISNEY PARKS. WE DIDNT USE LOTS OF THE FACILITY OR WATER PARK AT ALL.

For the most part everything was good

The Direct TV didn’t work for all TV’s 5 of them were out. Technician came on last day got 80% got to work. Sarah with Encore was very nice. we were missing 1 dining chair. Friday next door had extremely loud music.

It was nice and spacious! Everything in the house was very comfortable and accommodating for me and my family. Enjoyed the stay!
