We ate our own breakfast! But the restaurant was great for lunch and dinner!

The kids loved having the comfort of their own bedrooms & showers & TVs , the heated hot tub & pool & all of the comforts of a home after a long day at Universal!

Everything was fine! The only problems we had were so minor: the front door handle inside was broken so we had to call maintenance, the grill we had reserved did not work properly so we had to wait for maintenance & ended up not using it, & one morning the grounds crew or pool check had quickly rang the doorbell & entered the home while we were inside which surprised us a bit. But these little things did not & would not deter us from returning or recommending a stay here.

The beds were hard as a board. Also, having the alarm on the back doors was okay, but the buttons were on opposite ends of the doors, so if you push the button to go out, but wanted to come back in, you had to run to the other end of the door to push the button to get in. It was annoying! I also called in advance to make sure a baby-bed was set up in the house beforehand and it wasn’t. So, we got there late, and tired, and our baby had to sleep with us. Then I called and tried to get the baby-bed, and no one called me back. Finally, on the second day of our stay I made a very firm request with the front desk and the very nice guy helped me out, or I still wouldn’t have gotten the baby bed. It was very disappointing.
