Beautiful view from our room which had s little south facing balcony to enjoy it.
Google maps did not bring me to correct location but owners went above and beyond to find us and bring us to our beautiful b & b. Plus there was no hair dryer. But would still stay again.

Difficile da raggiungere dal parcheggio non privato e gratis, come descritto, ma parcheggio sulla strada principale. Si raggiunge la camera "Orchidea" con una scala a chiocciola stretta e complicata da salire specialmente con bagagli, non adatta per persone anziane o invalide. La stanza è incredibilmente stretta difficile da vivere in due. Il set di accoglienza è ridicolo con caffe macinato in barattolo aperto e succo di limone in bottiglietta entrambi già usati. Il frigorifero consiste in un mini frigo delle "bambole". Nella stanza che deve ospitare due persone è presente solo una sedia e nemmeno un mini tavolinetto per godersi un caffe o un the nella giornata. La porta del bagno si apre dentro la stanza solo per metà complicando il passaggio. Il bagno è sprovvisto totalmente di mensole per poter solo appoggiare un beauty. Difficile anche disfare le valigie per mancanza di spazio anche in terra senza impedire il passaggio. Il proprietario è stato presente solo quando contatto telefonicamente. Giunti nella stanza intorno alle 16.30 siamo stati costretti a cercare altro soggiorno già alle 18.00 della stessa sera per i motivi sopraelencati. Comunicato ciò al proprietario ci ha liquidato con un: " Mi dispiace arrivederci".

Very close to the centre of Spello and the parking is close by although up a lot of steps which you can’t avoid in Spello- everything is uphill. Lovely little balcony to sit outside
It’s a small room, perhaps you could get rid of the wardrobe so there’s more room for cases and the chair to put your stuff on.

Would have liked to have known in advance that there was a very steep spiral staircase leading up to the bedrooms. Anyone with mobility issues would have had a hard time going up and down, especially with luggage

La posizione abbastanza comoda il parcheggio discretamente vicino considerando la struttura del paese, la stanza un po' piccolina se dovessi soggiornare più giorni, comunque tutto bene.

A wonderful calm location near the medieval walls of the town. A view of an olive groove from the window. Squeaky clean. Helpful management on the phone, easy self check-in.
Overall, a very good choice.
The sleeping mat on the bed was really too soft, which for me brings a lot of discomfort. But it is a matter of personal preferences of course.
I would also suggest to the proprietors of this otherwise very beautiful accommodation to install wall air-conditioning instead of the movable one on the floor; this type tends to be rather noisy.

Tidy and attractive property.
Access was not good because distance from Carpark and several stairs then also a tight spiral staircase. Hard if you have lots of luggage or big luggage or are older or have disabilities.
Also very frustrating because we drove to the address in the website but the Carpark was in a different location.

The location is excellent. We appreciated the kettle and the coffee machone.
Communication with the host was quick.
The room was small but nice.
The wifi did not work, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and there is nobody to ask for ot in the residenza. The fridge was noisy. The stairs to the room are very steep.

Spello is a gem of an old hillside town, so delightful. The apartment is close to the centre of town and there were facilities to make coffee. The apartment is on the ground floor.
Access was difficult, I could not get a taxi from the station and it was hard work pulling the suitcase up steep cobbled streets. There is a very narrow road which allows easier access and which leads part of the way but didn't discover this until after I arrived. I had a single room which was small but okay for a few nights.
