I HAVE A FINANCIAL PROBLEM WITH THE RECEPTION. I HAVE WRITTEN A REKLAMATION LETTER TWO WEEKS AGO BUT DIDN'T GET ANY ANSWER. COULD YOU PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS ISSUE?

The staff was friendly, the room was clean (linen and towels were changed regularly), the food was excellent, practically three meals. The hotel's courtyard is spacious with lots of natural shade where you can relax on the sunbeds. You can use three pools owned by Valamar (Rubby, Crystal and Diamond). As someone who travels often, I can say that this is one of the better hotels I've been to, and that's why I'm surprised by the bad guest ratings without explanation or with complaints that the hotel staff can't influence. Anyway, in my opinion the hotel is a perfect choice if you want a relaxed and quality vacation.

The exterior of the hotel could be updated and the parking lots reorganized.

We went there with higher expectations, however, the hotel, conditions and all were just average, nothing really bad, but also nothing really special. The food was ok, and the brunch up to 1pm was perfect. I loved so much the sweet cheese and water melon.

There were too many dogs, also one belling in the room, next to us. People were not respecting the smoking areas but smoked where they wanted. Almost all waiters were tired and unlucky, we hardly have seen a smile from them. Chairs and umbrellas at the seaside were too expensive. And the showers with no water at the seaside were dissapointing. The music was loud and late at the neighbouring hotels.

Large selection of sports activities - tennis, cycling, swimming, running, basketball... In the spring months, the water in the outdoor pools is heated. The hotel has a bicycle storage room. Great food selection, the food is delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and nicely furnished.

Parking is chargeable.

WONDERFULL LOCATION!!! AMIDST FORREST AND IN THE VICINITY (A SHORT WALK) TO CITY CENTER. THE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL, THE LOCATION OF THE ROOM WAS ON THE SHADOW SIDE ALL DAY, THE BED WAS NOT DOUBLE EVEN THO WE BOOKEND DOUBLE BED - JUST 2 SINGLE BEDS PUT TOGETHER AND SEPARATED WITH WOOD. THE 25 EUR/DAY FOR A PET WAS DEFINITELY TOO MUCH AND EVEN THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL SO THE DOG HAD NO PLACE TO PUT HIS BED (OTHER THAN IN THE BATHROOM). IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL YOU HAVE: PETS ARE ALLOWED, CHARGE MAY BE APPLICAPLE. AND ONLY AFTER THE BOOKING YOU SEE THE 25 EUR/PER DAY CHARGE (THIS IS REALLY NOT TRANSPARENT TO THE GUEST AND ALSO TOO MUCH COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS).

Exceptionally good food. Nice facilities and very friendly staff. Very good location! You can take a brisk walk to the beach or the town center.

Rooms are definitely not 4 star quality, small bathroom, small room, cheap bedding and towels. No wifi in the room. Parking, which is additionally charged is always full. Not stroller friendly, lots of stairs.

Garden and beach access were fine

The evening buffet and the dining area was overcrowded and not really cozy. The rooms need to be renovated.

change of linen after 8th day of 9 nights. and only because I complained but said wasn't needed for 1 last night. no liquid soap nor body lotion refilled after day 3. cold shower on last morning. they charge for parking and beach towels. my room must have been the smallest one they had in the whole hotel. not like the photos on their site at all

Staff was very friendly and always happy to help whenever we had questions.

We would have preferred to have some more vegetarian options at the buffet, especially when ist comes to the main dishes (but there were always enough vegetarian sides).

Very nice for our trip with a 2-year-old. Everything was easy, from eating to enjoying the beach and the pool. Lots of activities for children.

The room was much smaller than we expected and not really a 4-star quality.
