Brilliant location and wonderful staff

The property is becoming dated but it was clean and very comfortable

Nice helpful friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.

Room was spacious and better than expected.

The staff were all very friendly and cheerful when asked to help. The location is ideal, being on the Marina and within easy walking distance of the centre of Hull. We appreciated having aircon as it was extremely hot during our stay

The room was looking somewhat tired and in need of a spruce-up.

Didn’t have breakfast as we left at 6:00am first day and 7:00am the second due to ice arena tournament. Which the hotel was an excellent location for. Would definitely stay again.

The good thing was that it is based near all the required facilities mostly town centres and my room was facing the Marina.

It was a pity that they we’re building ground work near the facility

the price paid for the room was very high the bathroom was very dirty it turned the white towels orange with the rust on the bath. and the biggest problem was i was given a room with 2 single beds when i paid to stay the night in a double with my partner so my money was wasted really

the location is perfect right on the marina so close to nice restaurants. the room was very spacious.

the hotel is pretty dated, although the staff mentioned it is due to be refurbished in the next year or so, so would be good to see how it looks after that.

They have page of rules for your pet but the pets behave better than the humans. Doors banging and domestic fights at 3am. Hardly had any sleep.

The location is ideal if wanting to explore the city centre by foot.

The bonkers idea of clamping the bath/shower gels to a bracket at the bottom of the bath! If taking a shower it's necessary to keep on walking up and down the bath to use the products. If taking a bath, they are behind you and out of reach, so meaning you have to keep on standing up and turning round to use the products!!

Place spotless, staff excellent- nothing too much trouble. Breakfast lovely and plenty of it. Brilliant location, very close to all amenaties

Road works outside until 2025- which did not make too much of a difference to us as we came by taxi from the station. However if we had been driving to the property it would have made a difference

Toilet seat was unclean and stained and room decor was from the 80's, very dated...
