the room, bed sheets and walls smelled like cigarette smoke very much, the toilet was clogged from the sfart after flushing.

Close to Eurotunnel and really close to the beach. We only stayed 1 night. They were very accommodating when we arrived after midnight due to issues with the border control on Eurotunnel.

Shower was functional but not the best.

Checking in was slow as the clerk had to go upstairs a number of times I assume to make sure which room was available. This was around 9pm so shouldn’t have been a problem. There were no hallway lights on my floor so it was difficult to see room numbers and then the keyhole to open the door. There was a back hallway that must not be used s it was littered with stuff and quite dirty. I thought the stairs were a way to the lobby but didn’t use them once I saw them. The room itself was small but ok. Couple small maintenance issues.

Friendly and helpful employees. Hotel has its own parking facility.
