Manca parcheggio

Ottima posizione per "esplorare" la città, parcheggio all interno del hotel, ma c'è anche un parcheggio pubblico coperto a pagamento a due passi. la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa divisa in due piani uniti da una scala a chiocciola,e devo dire che lo trovata molto accogliente. soltanto i corridoi per arrivare in camera risultano almeno la prima volta un po intricati. il bagno è ottimo,asciugamani nuovi e puliti, manca il bidè (come tutti gli hotel all estero). pulizia ok.

The parking lot in the courtyard was full so the staff send us to a nearby parking house with information that the next day we will get a card from the hotel for the machine in the parking house. We got the card, ok, but had to pay extra 15 euros. This was not announced beforehand and is not fair compared to the other guests who have free parking. We stayed in the old house in the back. The place was very noisy, the whole night there was loud noise from the drunken people in the back street. I would not recommend this place.

Breakfast was great and we accidentally came to the festival so all the explanations and help during the check-in were great. I will for sure come again.

I liked everything and I missed that CPH hotels do not have a kind of loyalty club.

We reserved this room on our arrival day, very last minute and it was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel looks good, situated just a stone drop away from main shopping street and center, the employees were very kind we could have an electric kettle in our room for the night cause we wanted to have some tea.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. We arrived too early for check in but they were happy to hold our luggage.

Room was very small with extra cot.

Great location of the hotel, you can walk to the center in a few minutes. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are several excellent restaurants close to the hotel. Several supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes. Close to metro and tram stops. Parking is possible in the parking lot in the yard behind the hotel, this parking is free of charge. If there is no space available, you can park on the street in front of the hotel or in the parking garage just a block away. Very nice, helpful staff. At the reception, you can sit, have a beer, coffee or water. The breakfasts were great, see photo, the food was constantly replenished. The choice of food was really wide and varied. Everything was fresh. There was plenty of seating. Breakfast staff very helpful and nice. I didn't notice air conditioning in the hotel, there certainly wasn't any in the rooms. It's fine in the winter, but I can imagine it can get hot in the hot summer. The room was spacious, plenty of storage space, very comfortable bed and pillows. I really appreciate the fridge in the room and the free bottle of water. The shower was smaller. We also had the opportunity to try a single room. I was surprised how the quality of this room was lower compared to the double room - uncomfortable hard mattress, the shower was open so after showering you have water all over the bathroom, the sink is not in the bathroom but part of the room, the bathroom is poorly ventilated.

Close in walking distance to major attractions. Clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious and always cleaned early. It was a good room to fit 2 big suitcases which made us very happy. The shower temperature and pressure is also great. They also had a great breakfast menu and the staff were helpful
