This is a great place to stay! Charity is so helpful and had everything ready for my stay. She also provided many restaurants and activities to do in the area. The casita is amazing! It is well stocked, very clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay & loved the beautiful guest home. We had a seamless check-in & out process. The location was awesome! The owners were amazing! We truly enjoyed this fabulous Casita with the tasteful decor, beautiful furnishings, very comfortable bed and the awesome coffee bar. Charity and Jerry were very pleasant, wonderful hosts and gave us information on some of the best local restaurants. They also provided a very large case of water stocked in two refrigerators, which we greatly appreciated for our excursions in the 90 degree heat. Our favorite part was hanging out by the gorgeous pool, swimming and seeing Halsey! We would definitely recommend this Casita to friends and family and would love to go back again,

We have rented dozens of VRBO’s over the years, and this was the nicest we have been fortunate enough to stay at. Everything about the Casita is lovely. It was impeccably clean, remarkably well stocked with anything a guest might need and exceptionally beautiful. The pool was perfect in all respects. We loved watching the solar colored balloons being shifted by the wind. Charity was gracious in every way and was her husband, Jerry. We wish them well and thank them for their hospitality.

The guest house is aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully appointed. The property is conveniently located, making trips to the art museum, the MIM, the botanical gardens, and spring training games a breeze. Charity went above and beyond, making sure there was an umbrella when it rained and answering questions. Would return, for sure!

The hostess (charity) was amazing. She has thought of everything that a traveler could need. Extra toothbrush, lotion, sunscreen, even a yoga mat! The place was extremely clean which is a must for me!

this was our return visit to the property- its sleek, clean and stocked with amenities. We love the central location in Scottsdale. Nice, quiet and relaxing!. Charity, our host, is super helpful and replies to any queries in a flash. Surely not a corporate " host" looking in from afar. We will be back!

As prior VRBO host owners, we were pleased to see all of the effort that Jerry and Charity put into to every detail in this casita/guest house. Not only was it spotless, well appointed and comfortable, the outdoor space was beautiful. Jerry and Charity went above and beyond to anticipate their guests needs and provided items that you would not see in a typical vacation rental. Would absolutely stay at this property again!

Whether you're an MCM fan or not, this gem of a property, hidden-away in a quiet yet ideally located area of Scottsdale proved to be exceptionally clean, well-provisioned, and is full of thoughtful artistic touches. A real winner and it is firmly on our revisit list.

We had an amazing week at Charity & Jerry's Midcentury gem! The casita is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. Both hosts went out of their way to ensure we had everything needed including local attractions. The best part of the week was hanging out with Halsy the tortoise!

We can’t wait to return to this property. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Home is within walking distance to some great coffee shops and breakfast. The pool was a perfect way to cool down at the end of the day. Charity and Jerry are so kind and helpful.

The owners are nothing short of special. They actually made our trip so much more special. The property is meticulous and if you are lucky enough to see Halsey (their Tortoise who lives on the grounds) you are that much more happier. My wife and I were simply astounded by how amazing this stay was... we needed the break together (no kids) and they made it SO special. I could go on... but alas, I say, if you are looking for a special place in the desert? stay here... it's SUPER private and SO fun! I would give this property 1,000 stars if I could... five is the max.

Enjoyed a weekend away at their darling guest home, casita. Decor was awesome, pool perfect, bed super comfortable and the fridge is super cool. Hosts live in the main house on the large property and were fantastic. They give you all the privacy you want but will also engage if you wish being friendly and responsive. Definitely Recommend and would stay again

The property is truly a haven. Pristine inside and out!! The Hosts, Gerry and Charity were 1st class. They were so genuine and helpful in providing us with information on things to do and places to eat. The location was private yet so close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. With that being said our favorite was relaxing by the amazing pool😎😎

Property located in a very quiet, secluded area but close to everything. Resort like ambience with pool. Interior was fabulous, modern touches everywhere, high level clerestory windows made it feel very light and airy, offset countertop design in the kitchenette was simple but what a touch and the coffee table was a work of art! Bedroom was large with high quality bedding and the bed was super comfortable. The owners were very friendly and easily contactable. No issues were experienced. What a memorable stay!!
