The location is very practical because you're near everything (which is the case of other bnbs in Naples so nothing exceptional). The shower was working really well, which is rarely the case in Naples.

I was kinda disappointed by this "superior room", which was more expensive than others due to its size (which wasn't an advantage at all anyway), because the furniture was rather old and unpractical (except for the kitchen). The bed was old and very uncomfortable (hard and bouncy), which gave me a backpain. But the worst thing is that the room is located right in the middle of the stairs, that is the only windows are doors opening on the staircase where everyone can walk around, so you have almost zero privacy in your living room and bedroom (imagine wanting to open the window to air the bedroom and having people standing in the staircase just behind your curtains...). That situation made the room extremely noisy because people shouted in the corridors on weekends and there were constructor workers during the whole week (so wake up with the noise of hammers etc.). It also made the room very dark because no natural light enters it. Moreover there was no access to the terrace roof, whereas photos of it are linked to the room. That's a trick. In reality, only the rooms on the fourth floors have access to the rooftop... All this made me regret the money invested (almost 800€ for seven nights)... The room is absolutely not soundproof like it says on Booking. We spent two nights awake because other people in the building spent the nights partying in the staircase and there was no supervision to tell them to stop. Also this business is ran like a mix of hotel and bnb, which is clearly not working.

Det var otydligt på booking hur lägenheten vi bokat såg ut pga att det var bilder på flera olika lägenheter. Den lgh vi först fick hade i princip inga fönster, kändes väldigt mörk och instängd känsla. Vi fick väldigt bra bemötande av personalen som hjälpte oss att uppgradera från superiore till en deluxe lägenhet mot extra avgift. Den lägenheten var betydligt bättre. Vi trodde också att terassen som syns på flera av de första bilderna på booking skulle vara gemensam för huset men så var inte fallet, de hörde till någon viss lägenhet. Hissen är superliten, man får precis plats att stå två personer.

It was perfect! We loved the absolute wonderful rooftop terrace to relax, the flat and everything was pretty, clean, very comfortable, the staff so extraordinarily kind and helpful! Great the situation of the house in a lively street, with wonderful restaurants, bars and minimarkets. Just around the corner Via Toledo to get a perfect espresso in the Bar Augustus, to do some shopping, to start the sightseeing tours. We felt safe, relaxed, happy in the Case Cosi. We want to come back, it’s great!

Neighborhood can be loud at night but its part of its chsrm. Not for those who need dead silence to sleep.

I stayed in an excellent apartment, well equipped, with a huge terrace and an amazing view of the imposing Castello Sant'Elmo. The location was the best, close to Via Toledo, Via Chiaia, Spaccanapoli and the coastline 'Lungomare'. Filippo was a great guy, and he has make my stay here unforgettable. Many thanks, and i hope to came back soon.

The location is fun, right in the heart of the city! Perfect location!

The property was great. If the towels and bed linens were updated, they would get a much higher rating. Shower was a little odd so need to add extra towels.
