Lovely hotel in a great spot, very clean and very friendly staff, food was great at lunch around pool etc loads activities on for younger kids 10 and under. Amusement arcade was great too.

Upon checking we had early flights so room wasn’t ready until 4pm ended up with a different room than what we paid for would suggest prioritising cleans etc for early flights make check in more comfortable had to sit about waiting for hours and we weren’t the only ones happened every day, food was ok theme nights make do with what’s there really, not really much on the side of entertainment at pool for older kids slides and games etc all catered for kids under 10, also kids in pool not aloud balls, floats, inflatables etc and most importantly get told to take a tshirt of that’s protecting them from burning( for hygiene reasons staff pick and choose who to tell off)

Breakfast was great! The view from the room was beautiful. Overall great facilities especially for kids and families!

The sound proofing was quite poor. You could hear steps outside in the corridor and noises from outside.

The outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Private external areas. In general the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful.

The bed settee when used, blocked the apartment door, so in the case of fire this would have been an obstacle in our evacuation.

Spa facilities are very good and I would recommend the massage. Entertainment at the bar was good, I enjoyed the performance on Monday evening. Room was good but I had to pay an extra 15 Euros a night, for a balcony overlooking the pool.

The room is not what they show on the pictures. A young receptionist tried to help but the older ones didn’t let her. The room was not prepared for us, but other family. Less bed, towels… Wi-Fi connection hardly worked. The restaurant is way too small for that many people. Morning there is long line waiting to let them in; the chairs touching each other. Evening it’s impossible to sleep until midnight the music extremely loud, on the corridor people running.

Nice food. Fresh crunchy croissants for breakfast, fresh juices and a lot of choice. Same with dinner. A lot of choices. Very nice and friendly, hard working staff. Really pleasant. Heated inside pool was great outside summer season. It was a nice mix of families giving a very relaxed atmosphere. No partying or drunk youth groups when we were there. Just families. Free parking outside hotel, although in summer it might be full.

The curtains let light through and are not fully darkening. If you are on the sunrise side the sun will wake you up. Also the room entrance door lets through light and noise. You can hear everything from the hallway as if there is no door. Same with the windows. They are not sound proof and on the street side you hear everything: cars passing, people talking on the other balconies, dogs barking. No noise isolation at all from doors and windows. The hotel and restaurant floors are full of arrows of walking directions and social distancing lines. It is 2023! Time to remove them! People can decide themselves if they want to distance or not. Kids club is mostly catered for kids till 6. Would be nice to have things for older kids like outside football tournaments or game / gaming tournaments and install a PlayStation or Xbox. Even though it's apartments where you can make your own food, you are not allowed to eat food in the pool area that you didn't buy in the hotel. You can eat a hamburger if you buy it in the hotel, but they do not allow you to eat your own sandwich. Very strange rule.

The Spa and swimming pool area. Plenty of loungers to choose from. Lifeguards kept everything tidy and clean. Childrens entertainment was brilliant and all the staff were very tolerant and friendly. Overall the hotel was perfect for families and we hope to come back next year.

The food was good to average. Could be better. Also presentation of the food was difficult....e.g cold deserts beside main courses and salads beside cheeses....the flow wasn't good. I am allergic to some shellfish and it would have been better if the sea food dishes wwere together rather than mixed in with meat dishes.

The room and facilities, perfect for families. The location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

We had a really positive experience, we have nothing negative to say.

The only thing I can come up with is the bed sofa that was not that comfortable.

Great air conditioning and heating, nice view, high quality toiletries.

Poor noise isolation, small and squeaky bed. If your height is above 190cm your feet will be hanging. Water heating is horrible. After using shower or faucet for a few minutes the water would become uncomfortably hot or cold.

Very good and friendly staff. Our room was nice and clean. We came around 10 o´clock for breakfast, bad idea, unless you like to wait for a table in a cue :) We stayed in this hotel in December and the pools are freezing cold, but they have one warm one inside.

If you use a wheelchair, find your self another hotel, this hotel is on a hill top, but on the positive side, I´m much fitter not after pushing the wheelchair up this hill few times each day and we stayed there for nine nights :)
