Etablissement très bien situé par rapport à la baie d'AGADIR, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre était de taille correcte, nous avions le balcon avec vue directe sur la piscine. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, joli décor. La piscine est un plus dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité car le temps n'était pas assez chaud pour pouvoir s'y baigner, mais nous avons eu plaisir à se détendre autour de la piscine. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux.

Hélas, le personnel (ménages dans les chambres) commencé très tôt le service, (avant 8 h du matin) l'hôtel est peut-être mal insonorisé, et nous entendions à de nombreuses reprises les coups de balai, sceau déplacé, etc..... (pas de moquette dans les chambres, ce qui peut expliquer le bruit matinal). Le personnel pouvait attendre un peu je pense à effectuer le ménage car les nouveaux arrivants sont censés arriver à partir de 15 h. D'ailleurs, lorsque nous sommes arrivés aux environs de cette heure-là, la veille, le personnel finissait le ménage dans notre chambre. Sinon, nous avons apprécié l'hôtel pour sa propreté, son confort et son petit-déjeuner XXL.

Outstanding value for money,, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bathroom really nice and recently renovated.

La atención del personal es muy buena, todos muy amables. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. El hotel tiene algunas cosas antiguas y otras muy nuevas, lo están reformando.

El desayuno un poco escaso. Toda la ciudad está en obras y es algo engorroso el acceso por zonas estrechas, aunque no es algo que dependa del alojamiento. Cuando termine va a quedar todo muy bonito.

I enjoyed my stay here. I had all the supply to make my own food. Breakfast was good. In March 2024 there was a construction site in next block, but it did not bother me. Food store Carrefour and good restaurants were nearby. My favourite was Rafiq.

Excellent place to stay close to all the major areas in Agadir , walking distance to the beach , a throw away from the best restaurant in the city ( Bab Agadir) . Clean spacious rooms, good housekeeping, the reception staff were especially helpful and the breakfast fully stocked with an excellent array of food to choose from .

First of all the staff were excellent. A beautifully run family Hotel. The food provided at breakfast, gave you options. The pool, not many three star, offers this facility. Some like it Hot, nobody is perfect!!! Their is a beautifully cool Park, adjacent to the hotel. Wonderful to walk in, for reflective contemplating, and to exercise. What a way way to start your day. Also especially good for young families e.g a safe play park. I attended a special Cultural Event there. All staff beautifully helpful. And always smiling ☺. Currently a new building is being erected, designed for earthquake profing. The regeneration, design and planning, thoughtful, and impressive. In short order this will provide opposite a diamond class opportunity for the ongoing new and exciting city of Agadir. I LOVE MOROCCO!!!

I love the water. To have a value for money accommodation, near enough to the Mediterranean to swim and feel safe e.g. plenty attentive Life guards, who are fully qualified, and discreet security protection every patrol passes with 10 minute intervals. Beautifully clean beach that stretch for miles. The waves of the Med, stunning... Location very good for shopping. A wide variety of reasturants for ALL types of meals. Good for quality tourist holiday shopping. That said; I LOVE MOROCCO...

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was so clean. All in all, It was great.

This hotel is in an excellent position giving easy access to all amenities in the city or the beach. The rooms are of a good standard with plenty of hot water. There are facilities for cooking with a variety of plates and cutlery and also a kettle is provided. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and there are also plenty of electrical sockets. There is a swimming pool and a cafeteria. Breakfast is basic but sufficient and the quality is sufficient for the price paid. The hotel is gradually being updated. The management is highly professional and any problems are dealt with immediately. The staff are of the highest standard and deserve full marks. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise them enough.

There are massive works being carried out all around the hotel and therefore there is some noise and dust. the hotel does its best to cope and once finished these works will make a wonderful difference to the presentation and ambience of the surroundings. The furniture in the swimming pool is no longer fit for purpose and needs to be changed the same applies to the reception. Cable tv is provided but most of the channels are not connected. An update to this to ensure international and film channels are provided would make a massive difference as without tv the evenings can be rather boring especially if you have children. Internet Wi-Fi is provided but the speed is up and down and is sometimes non existent.

The location was good the staff very helpful mention for Khalid, Ibrahim they were very nice.

The works improvement around the hotel but is temporary…

A very comfortable and quiet aparthotel located 15-20 minutes walk to the beach with a great pool. There are some good restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short and they helped to arrange a refund for the accommodation and local tourist taxes as well as booking us a taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend this aparthotel.

Super friendly staff.

Incredibly helpful and lovely staff, room was clean and very comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent as was the breakfast in the morning. Only a short walk from the beach, Soul El Had is about 30 mins walk away, as is the bus station. Lovely park opposite and lots of nice restaurants nearby.

There was building work going on in the hotel as a lift was being put in but the noise was minimal and it didn’t impact our stay. The helpful staff did offer to carry our luggage upstairs instead. Bookers should just be aware before coming.
