We have booked a 2 separate beds appartement. We had only 1 bed for two, but small, only 1 bedsheet for 2 thin blankets. In the bathroom smelled like mold. The balcony was towards buildings. Beginning with 7.00 am it was incredibly loud. as during the nights from friday till monday people screamed and yelled. We asked for another room, they promised us a change but we didn't get one. The receptionist was very rude and yelled at us on the phone, said he was only the security man there. Only when I asked about his name he agreed to give us a second bedsheet for the second blanket. They provide no soap, the toilet paper is scarce. One should buy all in the first day. The room was so cold, we had to heat via AC. No free parking slots in the neighborhood in the weekend.

Appartments are located very central and not expensive.

No towels, no soap seems strange to give an apartment without this.

They told us the property had to be clean and free of damage before we left however when we arrived the room was dirty and damaged already, the air con didn’t work when we asked to be moved rooms or for it to be repaired they kept telling us it was working 2 days later the engineer arrived and told us it didn’t work but we still didn’t get moved rooms but yet wouldn’t return our deposit until end of our stay or discount our stay even though they didn’t move us

every night a huge discotheque let’s everyone out from the back door about 400 people and bunch of drunk teenagers start screaming them copes come with their sirens and you will not sleep till 6 in the Morning until they all leave

Good location

The repair guy entered the flat at least twice while I wasn't there, without asking. I reported a problem with the flat and they sent me an aggressive letter saying I overreacted and that I should take back what I said via internal chat.

- very nice staff; - location is very convenient except loud night clubs around;

- awful beds. it is basically sofa with hard sides. quite short ones and not nice for bedding; - loud area;

The location was great, a few mins walk to the beach and many nice shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but for the price we paid that’s expected.

The manager Jose was extremely helpful.

The balcony looked out to the roof full of very noisy industrial air-conditioning machines

The apartment was spacious and clean well worth the money, the staff was very efficient and friendly.

The beds wasn’t very comfortable that’s the only thing I didn’t like but it was a cheap stay so you definitely get what you pay for.
