Spa was beautiful, rooms were large and had a full kitchenette, was just surprised how great value it was. can't wait to go back.

Well located hotel, right in the center of Sölden and next to one of th makn cable cars. good spa area.

The place is really nice. It has an interesting vibe. Parking is plentiful both in front and in a large underground garage. Our room and bathroom were super spacious. Also there was a very convenient kitchen. The location is superb. Great selection of saunas.

A big complaint is the complete lack of any kind of "do not disturb" sign for the doors, and the removal of improvised ones - which leads to constant disturbances from cleaning staff if you are sleeping in late or just don't want your room cleaned - really didn't like that! Bike storage is also underground, so dragging heavy e-bikes up and down a flight of stairs is not the most fun thing ever. Someone from the cleaning staff had decided to wash the floors of the bike storage, where I had stored some e-bike batteries in the corner as it was the most fire-safe place. Getting them very wet in the process! Definitely didn't enjoy that!

location is just perfect (directly next to skilift). room was very clean and big and we loved the breakfast each morning.

Next door to the gondola and walking distance to downtown bars, amazing variety of saunas, staff spoke English and were friendly.

their Dinner selection is not worth given the many options downtown

There was 1 receptionist who didn't make time for us about the information we needed !.Everything fast and gone !.

Lovely hotel with a great spa and good facilities. Breakfast had a very good selection and something for most. Bar/lounge was very comfortable. Hotel was close to one of the main ski lifts and only a 5 min walk into the centre.

The in room service was poor with no menu and only offering what was on the dinner menu. The Dinner menus were limiting and we ended up going out. Besides water in the room their was nothing else and it could do with bar facilities and tea/coffee making.

I did like everything. but if I’d have to make some recommendations I would suggest: 1.) perhaps make the pool a bit warmer 2.) the massage room unfortunately was very cold I would suggest to ensure it is warmer to make one feel more comfortable

Breakfast good. dinner was very rich food but delicious. Brilliant salad bar. Excellent afternoon tea. The pool and Spa was really good, lots of different rooms to go in and free refreshments. Big rooms and balconies. Big bathrooms with robes and slippers. Waiting staff very friendly and helpful.

Room 408 has a frosted glass in the bathroom and when you go in there and turn the light on the whole bedroom lights up. The boot room had limited space to sit but plenty of room for skis etc. Paying 3.5 Euros for a carafe of tap water.
