Per essere un 5 stelle la stanza deluxe e’ un po’ piccola, la colazione non è continentale ma prettamente inglese con qualche piccolo croissant, niente yogurt! Solo caffè americanot the e latte… si può fare meglio

Our stay at this place was allover a really nice experience. Especially Vlad made this trip so much easier as he always helped us and gave good advice on where to go. Would recommend because of the excellent service and location.

Clean and good location for our stay

The most disappointing stay. My husband booked this hotel as a special treat for us after attending the Morgan Wallen concert at Hyde Park. Considering we paid £250 which isn’t cheap, the room and experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival we asked if we could have a drink in the bar to be told no the bar is shut very abruptly. Our room was in the basement of the hotel, meaning no phone reception and a dark drab area to be in. The view outside our window was of large scaffolding poles and bricks and we soon realised we were located directly under the hotel bar and restaurant - which was a delight at 7am when it was clearly time for breakfast to start and we were woken to blaring piano music. The room itself was awful. A small double bed pushed up against a window and curtains which then draped all over the bed. The bedside table had been moved by hotel staff and wedged in front of the tall mirror because there was nowhere for it. The draft from the window (despite it being July) was freezing all night, and a vent was directly above my husbands side of the bed which blew out hot air - I can only assume this was installed by the hotel due to the draft. This was incredibly uncomfortable. To top it off due to the location of our room, at about 6am I woke to a worryingly strong smell of cigarette fumes - I was totally baffled but looked out of the window and up to the main entrance of the hotel to see a group of men smoking cigarettes which the fumes were clearly coming through the vent into our room from. As non smokers this was horrible. You could also hear the London traffic from the road so loudly all night. Breakfast was unfortunately no better, lukewarm tea and coffee and so packed guests were queuing in the main hotel lobby for a long time waiting to be seated. When we checked out none of the reception team asked how our stay was, I began to say we haven’t been very happy with our stay and was told we had no money outstanding and check out was complete.

Sijainti on erinomainen lähellä ihania puistoja ja maisemia. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Huonet siistit ja vuodeliinat hyvät.

Olin varannut hotellihuoneen, mutta se ei ollut valmis ja meidät majoitettiin kuulemma "parempaan huoneeseen", mutta se oli -1 kerroksessa ja haisi homeella. Me pyysimme toisen huoneen ja seuraavana päivänä saimme sen, mutta jo lisämaksulla. Aamiaisille oli aina pitkä jono. Hotellitoiminta on omituinen ja ei vastaa luokitukseen "viisi tähtiä"

THE SIZE OF THE ROOM IS IRREVERENT. NOT THAT IT WON'T BE THERE, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE LESS THAN ONE METER BETWEEN THE CLOSET AND THE WALL, THE SIZE IS CERTAINLY NOT 5 STARS. BREAKFAST IS EQUALLY POOR. A SMALL ROOM, TINY TABLES, LITTLE CHOICE EXCEPT THE USUAL 3 STAR THINGS, THE ABSENCE OF COFFEE, ESPRESSO, CAPPUCCINO, AND EVEN THE SPARKLING WATER WAS MISSING. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR. THIS COULD BE A 3 OR 4 AT MOST. SO THE PRICE, LESS THEN A "REAL" 5 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS HOTEL. FINALLY, INVISIBLE COMFORT. LA DIMENSIONE DELLA STANZA è IRRIVERENTE. NON CHE NON CI SI STESSE, MA QUANDO HAI TRA L'ARMADIO ED IL MURO MENO DI UN METRO, LA DIMENSIONE NON è CERTO DA 5 STELLE. LA COLAZIONE E' UGUALMENTE SCARSA. UNA STANZA PICCOLA, TAVOLI MINUSCOLI, POCA SCELTA SE NON LE SOLITE COSE DA 3 STELLE, L'ASSENZA DI CAFFE, CAFFE ESPRESSO, CAPPUCCINO, E PERFINO L'ACQUA SPARKLING MANCAVA. QUESTO NON E' UN 5 STELLE. QUESTO AL MASSIMO PUO' ESSERE UN 3 O 4. INFINE, CONFORT INVISIBILI.

Great breakfast and the restaurant was amazing

Great location, spotlessly clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly enough at check in.

Noisy, constant humming noise (boiler room), chairs being dragged upstairs (restaurant). The room was in the basement, looked like a ship cabin, felt like staff accommodation. Stain on sheets, .the window was behind the TV panel (see photos) and had crack on the glass. Toilet water constantly running, couldn’t get the bathroom safety light to turn off. Kettle, tea and coffee available, the only other drinks were two cans of coke in the minibar (didn’t use). Complimentary snacks were too heavily waxes apples, which I could not eat because of the wax. Didn’t sleep well at all. I requested a vegan breakfast and to book the spa at the moment of reservation. Neither messages were passed to the hotel staff. The spa was fully booked, I had jam on toast for breakfast, hardly any vegan options available, 3 options of fresh fruit or muesli. The app suggested for online check in didn’t work, 3 attempts caused an error message to appear. Technical support said to just check in on the day “the traditional way“. I have stayed in better 2-3 stars hotel before. UPDATE See photo of message sent by the property to say a full refund was denied due to the TV bring broken. What liars, the TV was NOT used!!!! If it was broken already then that’s another issue with the room I wasn’t aware of. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

A quite area of London with very close by infrastructure such as Underground and train station alongside very close to Hyde Park. Very cute Christmas decorations and a welcoming atmosphere, greeted very pleasantly by staff. Room is spacious and clean and comfortable a warm room, plenty of space, and a thank you for the appreciation of the kind gestures for my anniversary. Staff are very professional and helpful

Location was very good - close to the station The room was well appointed, however there was black mould all around the doors in the room with a cold draught coming through the doors.

It’s said to be a five star hotel, but it’s really more of a three star one when it comes to the quality of breakfast, staff’s training, etc.
