Rooms a bit tired

I love the location it is near everything and everything is walking distance they clean all the rooms daily Wich is amazing so you comeback to a made bed everyday was is a massive bonus and alll new towels so you don’t need to go to reception to get new stuff

I thought I paid for a sea view but I just had a view of the main lobby but it’s not a massive issue as the lobby is stunning to look at

The reception was lovely and accommodating, the rooms were nice, clean and comfiest beds, the hotel was so beautiful with an accessible car park, breakfast was yummy and staff were amazing. A special shout out to Joe, he was an outstanding staff member really made us feel welcomed, checking in with us, helping us with our many pictures and chit chats. We raved about him all week after leaving! People like Joe make an average hotel experience become a surreal unforgettable moment.

Excellent location, use of adjacent car park and discount as hotel residents. Nice big hotel lobby. Good breakfast selection. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Room was spacious and the bed and pillows good quality. A good nights sleep for us both. Bathroom was also a good size for two sharing and the walk in shower also larger than the usual.

The Iocation is excellent. View from the restaurant is great. Rooms are enough size and clean. We enjoyed swimming pool. Staff is nice too.

They didn't have a dental kit available. The British breakfast was GBP 18. I think that's too much for an average taste.

Fantastic location within walking distance to seafront, local restaurants and shops. Spacious and inviting lots of comfortable seats. Very accessible and child friendly.

Breakfast disappointing. Eventually Seaview table was found

Self service lay out was confusing and took too long to get food so ended up.with coldbreakfast . Had to go one at time to retain table . Poor choice for gluten free and dairy free

Easy discounted parking underneath the hotel . Use of gym, pool, steam and sauna with towels provided. Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast . Nespresso machine and fridge in room.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit smoothies and delicious yogurt bowls. The pool and steam room were lovely. I loved the view out over the sea from the dining area!

I thought the breakfast was a little expensive. The room had a whirring noise which we couldn’t figure out how to stop.

Excellent central location, large quiet room, comfortable large bed, powerful waterfall shower. Friendly staff at reception and wonderful Ken at concierge.

Power was out for maintenance during the day. It didnt affect us as we had just checked out.

Très chouette hotel. Lits confortables et petit déjeuner très copieux. On y était en plein après une tempête, donc clairement la météo n'était pas avec nous, mais on a pu se balader autour grâce à la proximité avec le front de mer.

Breakfast was very good, well laid out, and staff were very good in assisting customers when needing help to locat everything and to operate the coffee machines.

The bar was below the standard of the hotel and the staff were young and unfriendly

Location was perfect! The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Fire alarm at 6:00 am was unfortunate but we realize these things happen - thankfully it was a false alarm.

The stay for my parents was excellent. I had to make contact with the hotel because I booked through booking.com and needed to make payment before my parents arrived as it was a present for their birthdays. Karen responded and actioned efficiently. My parents also were moved to executive suite and had balloons and champagne on arrival. Thank you for making their stay memorable. Staff were friendly and location was perfect.
