Very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle and tea. The location was very good, near El Corte Inglés and the metro station. There are plenty of good cafés nearby too!

The WiFi was awful the majority of the time I had to use my data. On the first three nights the air con was not working.

Location of room great - breakfast good. Pillows could be a bit better.

Great location close to metro station, 10 minutes to the city centre and 30 minutes to the airport. Good connection with other lines.

Mattress extremely uncomfortable woke up with back pain. Room service forgot to leave shampoo and shower gel had to ask myself for them. No soundproofing, could hear footsteps in the corridor, people showering on the floors above and below.

The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions.

Heat was off, even though it was cold out (7°C). After alerting them they turned it on - why was it not on by default? Floors are stone slabs, part of their post-industrial decorating style, no carpets or rugs, which keeps the room stone-cold no matter what. Great for summer stays without a doubt, but not a great choice for when it's cold.

Located right next to a train station, so getting to the hotel is very easy. Also very close to shopping centre with great baked woods.

Its rated 4 star but it is not a 4 star hotel. The wifi is terrible, drops out every 5 mins or less. I had to use my hotspot several times. There wasn't a great selection of tea only mint and another kind of tea and coffee, but no cream or milk. The breakfast was not great either, I would say, save the money and have breakfast outside. Whilst there is a decent selection overall...the scrambled eggs were dry, the sausages looked overcooked and mushrooms were tasteless. There was a nice selection of pastries. The coffee from the coffee machine is not even worth trying.

Although the hotel is proud of its cleanness, the day-today cleanings weren't as satisfying as you would expect in a 4 stars hotel as well as the bathroom itself is just on the wedge of a 3 and 4 star place. But what was particularly displeasing the noisiness of the place – neighbours taking in the other rooms or walking on the floor above [once somebody waking me up in the middle of night, trying to come in the room and banging the door, but that is not place specific].

Booked twin beds for 1 night, we were given a bad room because the door doesn’t lock. We moved next door which we were given full bed instead twin beds. The room is different from the first bad room. We were not happy the room that we were given. The Lobby was smells bad, need air freshener.
