Coś było nie tak z klimatyzacją/ogrzewaniem - podczas przebywania w pokoju powietrze było bardzo suche. Dopiero po uchyleniu okna można było oddychać. Być może należało by przeczyścić system.

Puro Hotel is a true gem with its amazing design and comfortable social zones. The staff is super friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome. Its unbeatable location allows easy access to all the attractions in the old city. The restaurant offers great food.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel room was highly disappointing due to several reasons. Firstly, the air conditioning system was ineffective, making it impossible to regulate the temperature adequately. Despite adjusting the settings, the room remained uncomfortably hot, especially in the sunny room with temperatures reaching +28 degrees Celsius. At night, the AC cooled only the immediate area around the ceiling, leaving the rest of the room stuffy and unpleasant. The staff insisted that the AC was functioning correctly, but the noticeable temperature difference between the corridors and the room was undeniable. The lighting system, controlled through a digital panel, was also problematic. It was impossible to completely turn off the lights, leading to unexpected illumination in the bathroom during the night due to motion detection. This constant activation of lights disturbed sleep, particularly if there were two occupants in the room, as the bathroom had a glass wall. Moreover, the bright display of the digital panel itself became a hindrance to sleep, as there was no option to reduce the brightness. The continuous glow emitted from the panel disrupted the room's ambiance throughout the night. Lastly, considering the hotel's level, it was disappointing to find that the basic room did not include a refrigerator. This amenity is typically expected in accommodations of this caliber. Overall, my experience in the room was one of the worst I have encountered. The ineffective air conditioning, faulty lighting system, and lack of a fridge were significant drawbacks.

My room was set by default when I entered as Do Not Disturb, which means my room didn't get cleaned. I had no idea it was set as DND and thus had no way of correcting it.

Hotel Puro is in a great location on a quiet side street yet only about 7 minutes from the old town and around 20 minutes from the railway station (less if you know where you're going). My room, 116 - overlooking the street (Pawła Włodkowica), was very comfortable and spacious. With the benefit of hindsight I'd have chosen a room overlooking the courtyard and garden (a choice was offered). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful - the guy checking me in especially so and he gave me a city map, which was very useful. The breakfast buffet was good and, in fine weather, there's the option of eating in the courtyard. The Wi-Fi was very good - a secure network - but appeared to only work in my bedroom, although that could be my incompetence. Overall it is a terrific hotel.

The room doesn't have tea & coffee making facilities - I know there's free tea & coffee available in reception but it's not the same. This could just be an English obsession and it is only a minor quibble - certainly not enough to put me off staying here again.

Amazing hotel. Amazing location. Loved everything about this hotel. From the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the breakfast and the free unlimited hot drinks in the lobby. Excellent quality coffee/hot chocolate from the machine. Really good selection of food for breakfast. Rooms impeccably clean with a beautiful bathroom and excellent shower. Free bikes and umbrellas available. We were flying late so were able to leave our bags for the day and were generously allowed avail of the free drinks on our return before heading to the airport.

The only negative would be the size of their dining area. Very few tables and it can be a bit of a wait to get a table for breakfast. But worth it when you do! Go down early :)

The location is very good, the staff is young and helpful. The bed was big and very comfortable, the hotel is quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and coffee places. The room lighting, TV, Heating and remaining features are controlled through a Tab...Very nice.

The temperature on the room was a bit too cold, even after adjustment. No coffee machine or kettle inside the room, a downside if you value these items. For this type of hotel, a small refrigerator in the room would also be a plus.

The hotel is very beautiful and stylish. It located in the very center of Wroclaw, so you can walk to many places by foot. I liked the room a lot, the bad is super comfy and big, and the SmartTV is huge, I used it when I didn't have a mood to go outside, and I enjoyed it. I would love to come back to this hotel in my next stay in Wroclaw.

The hotel is not cheap, there're are cheaper similar hotels in the area, but I really loved the design of this one. Also, they don't bring enough drinking water to the room.
