Lovely friendly staff and a nice hotel. 10 minutes drive to Larnaca town, 2 minutes walk to the sea. Quiet and effective AC in our room and a spectacular selection for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.
If you go looking for faults you'll find them. We didn't go looking and were very happy with our stay.

Good breakfast
It was nice before I paid. After I paid guy from reception started his behaviour as a moody princess and ignored me.
I booked a room with "one or two beds" (couldn't choose two beds by booking) which was for my mother and aunt and after they came there was only one bedroom in entire hotel with double bed so they were forced to sleep together. They told us "we will bring you extra bed" - ok!
Extra bed was not a bed but small couch on which they put bed sheet just like that. Impossible to sleep of you ate an adult. Shameless! Dark light in the bathroom and not cleaned well.
If you ask for a room not from the street side, you will get exactly from the street side.

Really fabulous place, and only 15 minutes to Larnaca airport. I was so surprised by this hotel! Beautiful decor, fantastic facilities, 24 hr reception and very efficient staff. Good air con and comfortable beds. Quiet. When we stayed, the roof bar was deserted/shut but it was still nice to go up for the view. The food at the restaurant was ok. Very short walk to a beach and then you can walk along by the water which had fantastic views across the coast all the way to Troodos.
We booked a superior room but they upgraded us free of charge to a villa in the garden with a private pool. Amazing rooms, really just huge.
The cleaning was ok but it did feel it had been cleaned by someone in a rush. More given a quick wipe than a thorough scrub.
There was a kitchen in the villa, but no washing up liquid / cloth. We only stayed a night or I would have bought some.

The location is ok. The breakfast very diverse and very good.

The public areas were modern and showed some nice customer-facing touches such as a water cooler inside the arrivals door and an interesting collection of pictures, prints and books for customer entertainment.
No prior warning was given that the restaurant would not be functioning for evening meals and the bar was unattended when we looked for a pre-dinner drink. Our room had a concrete floor and a metal-framed desk chair which made a racket when moved - as did the chairs in adjacent rooms on our floor. Equally common was the need to slam access doors when leaving ones room. Our veranda door required substantial effort to get the lock elements to engage and the room's décor needed attention.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The reason I booked it, was because of its location, next to the beach and the facilities of the suite were very juicy.
The manager in the front desk was very nice and tried to help, but with no luck.
The WiFi in our room didn't work, although the password was correct (according to the manager).
The TV in our suite was not functional. Although it turned on, but it was not tuned to any channel.
The light in our balcony was only working for one out of two lamps.
We stayed in suite 313.

the rooms were clean, the furniture and the systems integrated in the rooms are of good quality (although time took its toll on them), the pool is amazing (although we didn’t have the chance to use it because of the cold weather). the staff is really helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent. we do recommend this place

Very large room with a small private pool and a hot tub, which I wasn't expecting. Breakfast was good too. The main pool looked great but I didn't have time to use it.
The bar shuts pretty early (10pm) even at weekends, especially given there's nothing much else in the area. It's not a very interesting area (I was staying there because of a party nearby) so very much a hotel for people to spend lots of time in or head straight to the nearby beach.

The kitchen provided us takeaway vegan breakfast per our request, as our flight was early in the morning.
Staff was very responsive, always trying to help.

Apart from the good breakfast buffet there was a very limited menu if one wanted to eat in the hotel. The hotel was in an isolated location so one needed to have a hire car or use a taxi to get to the nearest village to visit shops or go to restaurants.

Some of the food was ok for breakfast.
The showers had mold in some areas, the sink water barely flow, the pillows were hard. Some of the breakfast food was cold and the hash browns tasted like they had been there for a few days. But the staff was nice

no room service for the private villas adjacent to the main hotel, very narrow deck area around the small pool area. an extra few squares meters would have made all the difference
