It is comfortable and neat, the staff is friendly
It does not have a fridge in the room. The carpet is dusty, the chair and sofa are not clean.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the place and the quietness.
The cleanliness wasn't 100% it needs to improve and the pool spot time must atleast close a bit late because it closes very early.

The staff was warm and friendly. They even helped me to store my luggage because I was arriving earlier than the check-in time.
I didn’t receive the hotel information brochure as well as there was no WiFi connection available. I was never informed about the meals or room services available.

The security guads were amazing, thats the only thing we liked.
The filthy comforter that was in Room 31 closert, the party that was thrown and people talking, laughing the whole night. Extremely loud music we couldnt even sleep.

I like almost everything about the place. It's beautiful, the area is just amazing. Exactly like the pictures. The restaurant is also very affordable.
My only problem is that there was no hot water for the entire stay. The kinda sucked.

The space and the cleanliness of the room was on point. The guy at reception is kind and willing to assist at any time.
The food was not all that.
Cost of the buffet compared to the food that was served was not set at the correct amount of R200 thoes dishes were poor.
