lovely place, right at the beach with all the comfort and warm reception you need. strongly recommend!

only downside is the bathroom fan which is too noisy. also, bear in mind that the chairs at the beach are owned by the beach bar, not the hotel - however, we could use it normally, just needing to buy one or two beers.

Maria and the staff went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. The facilities, location and service were absolutely exceptional and we would return tomorrow if we could!

Clean and tidy. The family room we booked was very spacious and ideal for our family of 4

kitchenette could ideally have more cooking equipment but we didn’t stay long so wasn’t too much of an issue.

Close proximity to the beach and breakfast delivered to the room every morning! The staff were also lovely and extremely accomodating.

Superb location near Kamari beach (1min walk!). The nearest bus stop to Thera (the hart of Santorini) is 5mins walk so Kamari is good place to stay. Breakfast served in your room which makes you feel special. The room was clean and tidy with air conditioning working properly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Kamari (quiet resort town)!

Room was recently renovated and was quiet, fresh and very comfortable. Good shower, although drainage wasn’t great. Pillows were a bit hard. Great location for a short stay.

Not truely beachfront. The photo of the restaurant and bar is only partner of hotel for breakfast and has nothing todo with hotel. So sunbeds not free. Using the work beachfront is illegal and misleading. If I know that, I would prefer another hotel with swimming pool for my son for same price Room is basic. Toilet door uses an inserted key to lock. Frontdoor lock does not work very well and not easy to close.

The location is perfect if you want to be at the beach, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was very good.

The check in was smooth and we got a nice room with 3 beds and sofa. I liked the atmosphere. The location is very good in Kamari with beach view. But the beach is a stone beach not sandy so it not that easy to swim in. The lady in the breakfast time is very glad and welcoming. The breakfast is very basic but you feel it's a good homemade food The Prince restaurant guys are really friendly.

It would be nice to put bottles of water in the fridge. It will not cost the hotel mor than 1€ per day but it will give a good impression on the gest.

Very close to the beach and the promenade and nonetheless really quite place where you could relax. Nice view from the suite‘s terrace. Breakfast was continental and totally sufficient & also with fresh fruits, especially the figs I liked most. Nice and clean place all in all. Very good located to you could visit all the spots of Santorini easily by bus.

The bathroom was a little bit small but for a short stay completely sufficient. Only minus point is that it was not as that clean as expected. It was really ok but could be a bit more cleaner, especially the shower. There is a small musty smell when you first walk into the room, but soon you are there and open the window or put the air conditioner on it goes away immediately. I guess it is a general problem because it is an island. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any pool.

perfect for solo travellers or couples. I had one of the sea views, and each room comes with a hottub. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and perfect. the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had numerous friends staying in different hotels - and definitely one of the best, both for value and style.

Given there’s a lot of bars in Kamari, there is music late into the night - but if you close the door/window and have AC it’s no problem.
