Bed sheets were always covered in sand after they we’re changing the bed, all the surfaces around pool very unsafe for the kids and very slippery, food quality should be much better, staff on the reception and bell boys very rude and not helpful very difficult to communicate in English, air conditioning in the room 2114 not working and nobody did anything about it, it was absolutely boiling in the room

nothing the food was vile staff was so rude beyond believe and I would not stay again

everything it was a joke they treat you like dirt I would not recommend

It is one of the worst experiences i ever had. We were attacked by ants in the middle of our room, ants were everywhere, even in our bags and clothes. They just said that they will move us to another room. We spent our vacation cleaning our bags, clothes from ants. This was not what we paid for, and as ment to be. Avoid the fish restaurant Belona Zargana inside the resort, people are very aggressive there. Food is low quality. When we booked, we expected as mentioned 5 stars resort, and it was not cheap. But for 100% sure it doesn't deserve that much of money at all, and u will find ur self fighting ants in ur bags, cleaning ur already cleaned stuff, and fighting with aggressive waiters, and almost evryone instead of having relaxing time. Just to be fair, cleaning people, and some waiters are very friendly, while u expect everyone to be friendly. Animation team were very good and friendly, nice with kids and polite.

Bed mattress was changed after first night because we could feel the metal springs underneath our body Bed sheet was also changed because of big yellow stain
