- staffs are very friendly and offered good advise on what to do etc. - we love the spacious room and the lovely decoration in the hall. - breakfast is nice!

Excellent Location, Right in Center of Ortisei, SECEDA Cable Car is 100 meter away, We arrive about 10AM, The Hotel took our luggage and provided the Parking: That's exactly What you need. Wonderful Breakfast in Beautiful Settings! Hot-tub in Balcony We Loved it! If you are coming for SECEDA, I highly Recommend to stay in this Hotel!

Location cannot be more central. Staff were very courteous. Always happy to help with a beautiful smile. Breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend to anyone.

excellent location, easy access to the cable cars

the room face to the traffic road, it is too noisy to sleep if we open the window. If we keep it closed, it is too hot to sleep . anyhow thanks to the gentleman in the reception, the fan saved the last two nights of our stay.

Perfect location in the center of town - the breakfast was amazing, in a very cozy dining room. Great mountain views from the room, which was sparkling clean!

there was parking but had to pay about 10 euros a day. Breakfast didn’t start until 8am.

The location of the Hotel Snaltnerhof was excellent. Within a few minutes walk to the lifts to Seceda and the Seiser Alm. Underground parking was a short two minute walk from the hotel, but you could drive to front of hotel to unload luggage. Breakfast was very good in a very rustic room. This hotel was very clean and the service was outstanding.

Can't think of anything that would prevent me from returning to this hotel. It met all of our expectations.

Excellent location in centre of town, walking distance to everything. Staff are all very friendly and helpful with full understanding that they need to provide guidance to the guests on hiking trails etc.. Good breakfast for a great start to a day out in the hills.

The breakfast was amazing! Perhaps, the best I've ever experienced in Italy! The room was large and clean. Also, the hotel is very dog-friendly, no problem staying with your furry friend :) Thanks for hospitality!

Our room's windows opened to a bus stop, a parking lot and a few restaurants. So, after 10pm it can get VERY noisy: merry people walk around and talk/laugh/sing loudly after their "couple of wines", cars and motorbikes come, park and go - all that stuff. You could close windows, but there is no AC or ventilation system in the room, so it can get hot and stuffy. All in all, it is likely a summer-specific problem, perhaps it's not that bad in colder time.

The wifi didn't work well in our room. Also a fan would have been nice for heat regulation. Or that the windows of the bathroom could be opened.

Lovely big family room and delightful breakfast and staff. Free access to the nearby swimming complex was superb.

Lack of elevator when staying on top floor

The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Service was good. Location was central, a lot of places to eat around the square and the bus stops right in front of the hotel. The front desk person Joe Gonzales was must helpful and kind.

The bed was really hard and so were the pillows. It was difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep in. The room had a beautiful view but unfortunately we were unable to get good sleep for several days due to the noise from the street. Sounds of revelry early in the morning, music, people arguing and cars passing by kept us up.

Most everything,Everything is right there, transportation to hiking areas,restaurants,shopping ,gondolas to the areas premier locations. And thanks to Mr.Speedy Gonzalez. A wealth of information on anything any place any time .and right on the nail everytime.A real asset

That was the narrowest double bed I've ever slept on, or tried to sleep on

Family friendly hotel in the center of Ortisei. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff was extra helpful. Peter, the owner, would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip to explore the Dolomites.

The staff, breakfast, location and parking were all great.

Our room was nice and large, but the space could have been used a bit better - it would have been nice to have a mirror/dressing table. It was also very warm with no air on or fan.
