Luxury hotel with beautiful view of mountains, tasty breakfast, so kindly staff, room was big with balcony, Sky SPA. Everything was perfect! Shuttle bus to ski resorts. Highly recommended! ❤️

Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été une bonne expérience. Pour nous, cet hôtel est plutôt pour les couples. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était magnifique, spacieuse, offrant une superbe vue, et le balcon immense était un véritable plus. Le personnel était extrêmement agréable, toujours prêt à nous aider. L'hôtel lui-même était d'une propreté remarquable, et son emplacement idéal nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le parking au sous-sol a ajouté une grande commodité, et la navette vers les remontées mécaniques a facilité nos déplacements. En plus, le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié, ajoutant une touche parfaite à notre séjour mémorable.
Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été marqué par quelques déceptions, principalement liées à l'espace bien-être. C'est regrettable que sur les 7 jours passés à l'hôtel, le manque de respect des autres visiteurs ait entravé notre possibilité de se détendre au wellness. Le bruit constant a malheureusement affecté l'expérience relaxante que nous espérions. Hélas, l'ambiance tranquille a été perturbée par des enfants jouant dans le bain de pieds ou encore transformant le whirlpool en une piscine animée. Les visiteurs ne respectaient pas la quiétude des lieux, utilisant leur téléphone et parlant bruyamment. De plus, les mesures d'hygiène au sauna n'étaient pas respectées (usage d’un serviette pour chaque partie du corps + port du maillot non autorisé). Malgré cela, nous espérons que l'hôtel prendra des mesures pour garantir une atmosphère plus paisible à l'avenir.
Un autre point décevant était l'absence de dîner le soir, surtout comparé à nos expériences passées à Ortisei où le dîner était inclus pour un prix similaire.

It's a bit of a walk to & from the Seceda lift, but they do run a shuttle service which is very fast and frequent.

Absolutamente TUDO.
A família, proprietários do Hotel Planlim são Bernadete, Eugenio, seus filhos Linda e Julian. São pessoas muito especiais; atentos às mínimas necessidades dos hóspedes, educados, cordiais. Singulares. O café da manhã é completíssimo e com ítens de muita qualidade; servido, de forma elegante e descontraída, pela família e pela Sra. Ingrid, simpática e curiosa personalidade. As vistas do hotel são magníficas. A jacuzzi, no deck do andar superior é um outro ponto de destaque. A garagem, a melhor que já utilizei, em hotéis.
Concluindo, nossa experiência foi ótima. O Planlim é, talvez, o melhor Hotel de St.Ulrich-Ortisei, nas Dolomitas.

definitely was our best hotel during this time visiting in Italy! we almost could't make it this trip because our schedules was too tight to take 5 hours train to Bolzano, however everything was worth it after we arrived, this hotel is a family business, and it is new and beautiful and you will feel the perfect luxury and not too much to make you also feel like stay at a friend's country house. breakfast is amazing ! Linda and all her family were very helpful you will get all information of this town. We are definitely recommend this hotel to everyone would go to Ortisei. and try a restaurant close to this hotel called Snetonstube. it's really good! very authentic local cusine

Only small things but worth noting:
Rooms were a bit too hot when trying to sleep and would’ve preferred a double duvet as opposed to two single duvets.
Would be great if they served restaurant food in the evening and not just bar snacks.

Wonderful hotel, newly built, extremely clean and with professional friendly staff.
Cleaning was being done every day in the room, the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.
The hotel is situated on a calm street, with no traffic or other noises. The ski lift to Seceda is 10-15 min away on foot and 10 min away from the center of the town, but here is a wonderful restaurant 5 mins away ( Snetonstube ).
I really recommend the wine tasting evening on Wednesday where a small group of people can taste several wines, eat something light and socialize.

The breakfast was extremely fresh with a wide variety of continental style breakfast. Staff made fresh carrot ginger juice, coffee, and always asked if we wanted them to make us eggs/omelettes.
Rooms are very clean and staff came around each morning. The spa amenities were exceptionally clean and new.
A shuttle was provided to two gondolas in Ortisei and it was extremely convenient.
The family owners/ management of the hotel provided us with an opportunity to taste local wines as well as meet the rest of the guests as they have an event every Wednesday and Thursday!

This family run boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. Friendliness of owners and personnel, cosines of all areas and the room, cleanliness and sincere attention to all even small details left us nothing more, but to think about our next visit to Planlim. You have it all: penthouse wellness are with perfect view of mountains from it, very good breakfast, wine cellar and sommelier, lobby bar, private transfers from hotel door to ski lifts, afternoon events on hotel terrace with snacks, wine & music, ski room, car parking (garage and street), just name it...
One more step to the perfection - dinner! We would really like this hotel to start serving dinner also. We have no doubts it would be the perfect one ;)
