Buen desayuno y muy buena la ubicación
El mantenimiento del parque, aspecto de falta de atención

In terms of value for money, this was a spectacular property. The free brekky was large and varied, the room was spacious and clean, and we really felt like we got an amazing deal.

The location was great. Air conditioning in room was good. The staff were very friendly. The fridge in the room was good to have. The wifi was good. As per the instructions on our room door, we left our valuables at reception every day as there are no safes.
The photos on your site did not correspond with the reality. The property is very tired and could do with a big update. The mattress looked like it was at least 20 years old, had no mattress cover and very worn sheets. The top cover was stained and had what looked like paint or nail varnish on it. The breakfast was ok but not like the photos on your site, which is very misleading. The fresh fruit consisted of tinned fruit salad, sometimes some melon and sometimes some pineapple. There was a very large selection of dry cakes. The photos of the rooms are also misleading. The rooms are very basic indeed. The bathroom sink was made of glass and had a big crack in it which had been repaired. The door to the toilet only opened half way as the toilet itself was immediately behind it. The whole thing was obviously very old. We had a garden room with a balcony, but there was no seating on it so was a bit of a waste of time. There is obviously subsidence as there was a huge crack in the tiles on the floor and the outside wall. The pool was ok. Nothing felt particularly comfortable. I would say it was more of a hostel than a hotel. The cleaners cleaned the rooms each day but it needs a lot more of a deep clean, I really didn't want to put anything on the floor.

Lovely staff helpful, friendly. Nice breakfast. Nice jungle feel.
Rustic.and a bit grubby.. Noise from other rooms and a good 30 mins walk into town..

We loved the staff, especially Samuel was really friendly and helpful, we liked the size of the room, big bed and shower with a great location, you have a feeling like you are literally in the middle of the jungle with all the surrounding trees. City center is a 20 minute walk and Brazilian border is a 15 minute walk. The pool area was lovely as well.
We did not enjoy breakfast so much, it was very scarce, the same every day and not very filling, as we would get hungry after an hour. Toast, jam, butter and a lot of sweet pastry. Coffee was not good either. They should consider adding at least some eggs.
The noise coming inside the room was quite awful, the walls were super thin, our neighbour put the TV on every day and left the room, leaving it like this the whole day, the children in the pool were extremely loud and we barely even used the pool because the kids were super annoying with no parent telling them to calm down. They should have someone there to keep it under control so that everyone can enjoy the pool area. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, with no kids then I suggest you go somewhere else.

Good situated Lodge, with pool, huge bed and really friendly and helpful staff.
Everything seems a little bit old and for breakfast they could offer some more options that are not sweet.

The price-quality is rather okay, it's cheap and that what you get
Some of the staff were friendly, the english speaking man at the counter and one of the other guys who genuinely wanted to translate stuff
Our sunglasses dissapeared from the room after it got cleaned. When reported they didn't care at all, and for two days they were 'asking around' to see what happened, but to no avail. Also a few of the staff didn't really seem to bother to translate or whatever, they just nodded like 'yeah you don't speak spanish, so we can't help you'.

Plenty to choose from and excellent for what you pay to stay here. Free breakfasts are the best.

Tasty breakfast, good coffee, room was clean and shower water was perfect hot temperature. Staff was lovely and very helpful! Aircon and room heating work perfectly.
Pillows were a bit hard so a mix of soft and hard pillows would be really nice.

Location was perfect for the trips we made. Close by Brazil border and to go to Iguazu side in Brazil. Day after we visited Argentinian side. Really worth to visit this!
Simple breakfast, not much choice but for one night stay, it was for us OK

Good location for day trips. Not too expensive. Staff helpful.
Rooms not that clean and towels stained. Dogs barking throughout the night. Door that was very hard to lock. Breakfast was minimal with flies hovering around.

Rooms were in good condition, air con worked (thank god) staff was friendly English was so so. We did not eat breakfast so I can not comment there. Very close to a wine store (across the street) 3 very good restaurants near less than 5-minute walk. All three are steak houses all three are very good. The bathroom was clean and in good condition.
Nothing really met our needs.

Good-sized accommodation in this tropical lodge. Small outdoor swimming pool. The location was a little out of town centre but walking distance (pavement surfaces not great, though, if taking a wheeled-case. Breakfast quite reasonable.
I have no complaints.

The setting is pretty, surrounded by trees and bushes.
The room had this terrible and very strong cleaning product smell that immediately started causing headaches in my girlfriend. Nobody was using facemasks - neither the reception guy nor the maids. The reception guy was more concerned about answering his Whatsapp messages than providing service.

Good location for access to Puerto Iguazu and the bus to the falls

confortable rooms, nice beds, very green, great location
Worst breakfast in my life (just opened some cookies bags pairing with terrible (and cold) coffee). Nothing fresh at all (being fruits very easy to get in a place like this). staff was not very kind, sort of “tired” looking guys, didn’t see any smile talking to them
4.0
I liked the location and the kindness of the guys in the desk.
The breakfast was very poor and disappointing, with no cheese, no ham, no hot plates, just an option for fruits (a salad of fruits), no papaya… The coffee was of very low quality. The overall cleaning was poor, with dead insects and spiders below the beds. There was a strong and disgusting smell in the “cabaña”, similar to insecticide. The swimming pool was not clean and the water was at half level. There were a lot of stuffs visible all around the spaces, and the internal parking was very ugly and dirty.

Friendly staff. Large standard rooms with big windows overlooking gardens. Great value for money. Close to bus stop to the falls & short drive to airport. Could walk to nearby restaurants. Large self service breakfasts.
