Close to historical center, you can walk anywhere on feet. Good place for traveler to wash down sweat and to sleep

Some construction work at day around (June 2023), but you are not supposed to be there. No disturbance at nights

The building was very old and nice.. and clean. :) The location was perfect.. just 15 min from center.

No parking space near the building.. No lift.. a lot of stairs to go.. There were lots of construction and a lot of noise..

Good location only 20 minutes from city attractions. And host was quick to sort out issues without hassel the next day with faulty electrics.

The apartment rooms was located up stairs from the entrance door, however this space inside the apartment was used to store dirty laundry. At one point it was difficult to enter apartment due to piled up laundry behind doorway.

Everything good. Silent. Practical to organize everything just by messages with the owner. Nice to have a large kitchen/living room. All good, to sum up. Will consider coming back another time. Not expensive.

Nothing really. Ok neighborhood. Slighty outside the city center, but not a real problem that. The fact that there was no breakfast included didnt matter, I prefer to take the breakfast at a bar, normally.

The location was fine, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the major sightseeing things. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The wifi worked fine. We appreciated the spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water for showers. It was a comfortable stay.

The floor could have been cleaner. A little spot for guests to make coffee in the morning would be really nice.

Great location in the city centre. Very Good contact with a friendly owner :) the room was everything we needed for this time.

The street outside is very noisy, even during the night, so earplugs are a must

Historic building.

Traffic noise was constant and unbearable, even with earplugs, until after 02:00. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows we're like rocks.

Barbara was extremely sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and charming, and quiet because the walls and doors are so thick. The location was close to everything, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The only thing about the rooms that was not good was that in the second bedroom there is a short door that opens to immediately to 3 steps down. She banged her head very hard on more than one occasion.

Walking distance from central area(20mins) It was smooth to check in.

I don’t usually leave a review but, I had a bad experience staying here,so I decided to share. We(2 adults and 2 children)stayed here for 2 nights.(at a room with kitchen) First of all, the heater was not working at all. Somehow the temperature in the room was so low(12,13 degrees celsius at day time)We were shivering in the cold, couldn’t take jackets off. I talked the owner about broken heater and she left a small electric heater instead on the next day which was good. But it was still cold on the next night. Next,B&B provides a hair dryer in the bathroom. There were 3 outlets in the bathroom, but the plug of the dryer didn’t fit to those outlets. (The holes of outlets were too small for the plug)so, finally I moved to the kitchen to dry my hair… Then, at second night around 23:30,the door bell started to ring. It kept ringing constantly for almost 2hours until 1:30am. It was scared and laud, my children woke up because of the bell sound and couldn’t go back to sleep.I sent a message to the owner, but no reply. We called police cause scared and wanted to stop it. It was nightmare. The building is old. Not thick walls,not sealed windows. I could hear neighbor’s conversation clearly. You also hear noises from outside. If you look for a comfortable and quiet place to stay, this is not a right place.

This is not a bed and breakfast. Barbara is very friendly on the phone + the room is OK, but be careful : it is not a bed and breakfast even if the name is "Il Magnifico Firenze B&B".

Barbara the host was a very nice person who is willing to help, in addition to the room being super close from everything that I barely used any public transportation

It says Bed and Breakfast, however they don’t offer breakfast. The room condition is very poor, and doesn’t worth the price you are asked to pay. An outdated bathroom with a smell, and some electrical pipes that makes way too much noise during the night. As someone who struggles with dust allergy, the room was very dusty and I was sneezing all night. Also Checkout is at 10:00 which id quite early comparing to other hotels. Fair price per night should be 40-50 Euro at most.

Lovely accommodation with a fantastic host. Everything explained for a very smooth self check in. Simple nice clean spacious rooms. Central location. Near a busy road so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs

The location is very good, you can visit almost everywhere from the hotel. Barbara was very good with us, she was always in touch to see if we need something. The place is very safe.

The room was great!! Really comfortable and clean, the location was awesome just a few minutes walking from tourist attractions and the host was incredibly helpful and so kind!! Barbara was great, I’m definitely coming back!

Amazing location and great value for money. Barbara was very caring and transparent in communication. Would love to come back and explore Firenze more.

Barbara (the owner) was very friendly and supportive and reactive when we had questions. She also surprised us with very nice room decorations and a small present in the room ! It was very nice and kind of her. The B&B is well located, easy to get to the city center, there are multiple facilities (shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc.) just next to the facility. the area overall is very nice and offers everything needed ! Room included all the needed facilities (there is a small fridge, air conditioning, plenty of towels, etc.) The check-in and check out processes were also very smooth. We would recommend to stay here.

The B&B is on the top floor (and there is no elevator) - it was not an issue for us, but needs to be taken into consideration for travellers who might have problems with that. It's an older building, and sound isolation is not ideal - e.g., even with closed windows we could hear quite some street noise (overall street is very calm, but passing cars can be heard, as well as the sounds in the corridor, etc). Finally, room could benefit from some small refreshment (such as repainted walls). But overall it's surely very much worth the value, and issues are really minor !
