It was not far to city centre and was clean

Dimmitri was very nice and speaks English. Also the room had everything we need.

There was cigarette smell but seems like from the other apartments.

Host was very friendly, room was good size with all necessary amenities. It had good air-conditioning and is in a great location to access the city.

Location was quite central, ATM, groceries and other stores close by. Parks and some things to see close as well. English is not common here, but I managed to make do.

Water went off a couple times but not in their control. Dimitri the manager was awesome! Very helpful, but biggest downside for me was lack of English available anywhere here. My research before coming looked like some would be spoken but that is not what I found.

The hosts are brothers and they do a great job at welcoming you and helping you with everything. They even helped me take my luggage downstairs when I left.

The only thing that was disappointing had nothing to do with the hosts or service, it was rather the city of Dnipro. In the time I was there there were 2 water main breaks meaning no water for 24 hours. Most seriously that meant no toilet unless I was willing to take the toilet apart each time to refill the tank. The other issue was also beyond their control which was that the water heater broke and it took 2 days to fix it. No showers! I feel the brothers were great hosts doing their best but limited by the very poor city infrastructure. The location was OK for me but it was a bit far from the center if you are going to walk or carry anything heavy.
