Smooth check-in and out, the owner is also very friendly. Vending machines were very practical and the apartment was nice.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good and we had everything we need in short distance. There is a parking which is big plus for us, because we are traveling by car. Into the room we had everything we need.
Our room was on the first floor and exactly in front of our door to go out into the garden - there was floodlight/lamp and in the evening (when it gets dark) there was full with insects.

Property has a beautiful yard with trees and pool, which is perfect refreshment in summer. Very pleasant and helpful stuff.

Perfectly located close to the center of Skopje. Well kept garden with a nice refreshing pool. Located in a resedential quiet area. Small supermarket at 200 meters for necessities en fresh bread in the morning. Huge supermarket at 550 meters ( Vero Center). The apartments are nice . 2 floors with quite a steep staircase. The bathroom is sufficient yet small. It did not bother me by the way but yeah, they are small. Overall I enjoyed my stay and it would be a place to return to. I really appreciated the flexibility of the transfer after my flight was delayed, delayed and delayed again. Thank you for that. Owner very responsive to the messages. Vendingmachines available on site but bring euro coins since it will be a litte hard to find so many coins in Macedonian Denars. Definitely value for money. Fresh towels always available which is a big plus. Internet always available and stable.
Apartments do have the potential of being actually Luxury but they need some attention. I understood they will be renovated by the end of the year. Cleanliness could be a litte better. I stayed a week and there is no cleaning service. I did not mind yet there is nothing in the apartment to do it yourself. That could be improved. Even though you have a kitchen the kitchenware is very limited ( 6 plates, 5 spoons, 2 forks, 1 knife, 2 pans, 1 colander, 1 drinking glass, 2 wine glasses and 2 coffeemugs ) and the offer is probably different depending on the apartment. Could be consistent and sufficient for selfcatering. Just some thoughts of improvement, overall I enjoyed the stay

Location is perfect for arriving from the airport, or going to the bus station and taking a bus to Matka Canyon and / or Millennium Cross for a day trip, or travelling to Bitola by bus.
Seats outside by the pool are very relaxing and useful for a cup of coffee in the morning. Very nice garden & pool view and environment!
The toilet and shower are together without a shower curtain. After showering the whole bathroom is wet. Also the bathroom is transparent/see through. With a (tiny) curtain you can get some privacy while using the toilet.

everything. there was an old water well in the middle of our aprt covered with just glass top approx 10mtrs deep,kitchen consisted of 2 1 filthy frypan and 3 plates that’s all 1 mug 2 knives and forks. no kettle saucepan bowls spatula etc. 1 chair with pizza sized table to eat of . no service in room
for 5 days they say w/machine and dryer there was none towels you had to get your own and usually there was none there. very disappointing would not recommend to anyone pillow slips were ripped no where to hang shower head

Good location, clean, nice and comfortable place. It's just a few minutes from downtown, a large supermarket and railway/bus station. The hospitality of Eleonora is excellent.

We liked the location in a non-touristy, yet within walkable reach of the center, neighbourhood. It's an enclosed yard with several houses and a pool in the center. The house was not amazingly clean but alright for a couple of days. There is a kitchen, however with really minimal equipment. We liked there is a leveled entrance and we could park our bicycles safely.
The cleanliness could be improved.

I am so glad to have discovered this place in Skopje. A little paradise in a small and calm central area. I am looking forward to staying here every time I need an accommodation in Skopje.

Arrived host was not present despite specific check in hours requested and confirmed. When we arrived we sat in the basement lobby with no one attending. Received a message to go to the room. Wrong room, they tried to give us a much smaller room than we booked. Then immediately changed to another room upstairs which was also not the room we booked at all. Don't stay here!

Good location for walking into Skopje main square. Friendly, welcoming hosts. Good air conditioning. Having the swimming pool was great in the hot weather.
We'd booked a 2 bed apartment for 3 adults. As soon as we arrived the hosts explained that the second bedroom wasn't really suitable for adults and that it was better to sleep on the sofa. We had also specifically chosen a place with a washing machine. It didn't work which was inconvenient.

The place is adorable, we had a flat for us, and there has a good structure as home.
The place is clean, we had a swiming poll view, and good internet and hot water for shower.
The hostes were very receptful and gentle. And they live there, so everything you need is really easy to get.
Aloha apartments is around 15 minuts walking to the center, it was very easy and interisting walk by to know the places.
For us was a good experience and cost benefit.
The bath Is quite small and there is no box to block the water during the shower.
The air conditioning is old, so its not so efficient for hottest days.
