Very kind staff, fine breakfast, calm garden, huge room with terrace. Cleanliness is on the maximum level.

Far away from tourist sights. You need car/use public transportation. The area is a calm residental area. Theres's no lot of restaurants and shops. Of course this isn't fault of the accommodation, just plus information.

Quiet location, about 20 minutes' walk to Poetto Beach or hop on the bus. Nearby there is a supermarket, which is very convenient. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe too.

A washing machine and dryer would be great service to provide.

The rooms are clean and spacious. We had 2 large bedrooms and a patio. The breakfast in the garden was delightful. Simona is a wonderful host who is always there to help and make sure we are comfortable.

The Guesthouse is a fabulous property located in the middle of and well connected to everything you may want to see. The room was spacious and well decorated and we had a lovely bathroom and balcony.

I found this Guesthouse to be is exceptionally clean, very quiet, with modern and updated rooms and bathrooms... and there is a gym 100M down the street that you can pay by the day, what more can you ask for? Since my friends live around the corner, I cannot comment on transportation and parking availability, but this location was definitely a 10 out of 10 for me. I will definitely be returning.

The room and facilities were great! Danilo and Simona were quick to respond and provided amazing recommendations and suggestions on things to do. Wifi was super fast and great for working remotely! Easy to get to the beach and Cagliari city centre by bus. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a studio flat with a large balcony. Clean decor, well appointed, great location in a quiet residential area 2 minute walk from the bus stop to town. Free bike loan, thank you Danilo.

It would have been useful to know that there is no breakfast off-season.

Smooth check-in into the apartment and to our room. Had a private balcony. Located in an area that felt safe.

The room was quite small. No private parking so had to park in the street. It's far from the city center but close to the beach, so okay as a compromise.

The host was excellent. Very helpful and always ready to help. The place is spotless, close to town and to the beach. I highly recommend the guesthouse and would definitely go back.

Great location, in close proximity to the sea and the city. Close to the airport. Very helpful, warm and welcoming host. The landlord lives on the property, and could share many great tips about Sardinia and the local area. The host was a very interesting person himself, taking his time, telling stories about the local areas. As a person who was from Cagliari, giving the stay a personal touch that is memorable. Very clean fresh rooms, with AC, large fridge that was at the guests disposal. Breakfast that could be changed depending on personal preferances. Beautiful garden /patio. You could also borrow a bike from the owner. The owner booked a reliabale transportation to and from the airport. All in all besides a charming place and a great place to relax, it was a safe stay in Covid times.

No rooms for improvment. I only wish there were more guests to visit this beautiful area.
